I had a medical emergency while I was here. Security staff lied to my spouse about confirming my wellbeing and claimed to have spoken to me when I was actually unconscious. I was fortunate enough to wake up and get myself care. A staff member from another country lectured me on her culture and the appropriateness of her response while I informed her of the inevitability of said medical emergency should someone not intervene and when I asked for the managers information. I have a condition where regulating body temperature is difficult and the air conditioning was broken. They tried to make this up to me with free breakfast where the gratuity was supposed to be included but the staff claimed it was not. Liars and scammers.

The room was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. The lobby and the public spaces are badly in need of freshening up.

The front desk lady wasn’t really welcoming , just my opinion. It was an okay stay.

Amazing! Took a solo, mom getaway and had the best time! Peaceful grounds with a little hidden garden. Amazing rooftop spot and a morning coffee bar that was well stocked. The pool...chef's kiss.

Second time there; great experience to celebrate my hubby's birthday

We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Sylvan in Atlanta. The check in was seamless and the staff reminded me about the daily goings on. Loved the location and the valet guys were so courteous. We will stay again on our next visit to Atlanta

The hotel itself was wonderful. The restaurant, the Betty,was a disappointment for breakfast. It proclaimed to have a southern breakfast, but we did not see the evidence of that. It was very pricey, and we did not even receive toast with our omelette or eggs.You had to buy a piece of toast one piece for 4 dollars.

Cleanliness needs to be a stronger focus and bed comfort with thicker pillows. The bathroom overflow in the sink was filthy.

Everything in the room was beautifully thought through and very comfortable! We had excellent service at the front desk and with valet. The location is fantastic - we walked 3 minutes to a delicious Italian restaurant. There is a little room for improvement in the water pressure in the shower.

Loved this place! We stayed in room 608, wide windows great view of Buckhead and the pool and deck. Interior design very retro, and rooftop bar fab, another great view. Walkable to some great restaurants. Staff were great
