Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Buckhead Place

It is extremely good value for the money. It is always consistently good. The rooms are clean, it is in a fabulous location. (Walking distance to the MARTA, shopping and many restaurants). There is secure underground parking and the staff is friendly and helpful. I know I will stay there again.

Excellent service, cleanliness, and a very good breakfast. 100% recommended.

We were a little disappointed that the fire pit was not available

The location was good The blinds did not work , the remote to the tv didn’t work and because of the blinds not working , the window washers saw through my window while I was getting dressed and I did not realize it until I was nearly dressed

The staff during breakfast Mike was amazing and funny. The other staff was also great and really helpful. The hotel itself was very disappointing. Upon arrival to the hotel there was 15 min wait to check in. Once we made it the room, the tv didn’t work. The staff switched us to another room but then the heater didn’t work., my keycard never worked for parking. Hotel was under construction 9am-6pm which was super inconvenient and was never advised of this prior to booking or arrival, also the pool is closed (but Trevon? assisted as he could). I purposely booked a hotel with a pool so the child with me could swim. Great staff, horrible hotel.

Clean and updated. Breakfast was fine but the fruit wasn’t very fresh. They are doing construction and the note said 9-6, but they started shortly after 8. Would stay again. Convenient location and easy access to all Atlanta had to offer.

It was great they were so nice and the food was great! They were on top of everything. They were amazing and always talking to us! Had a great stay will stay here again!

Clean room

Fantastic staff, from check-in to getting additional towels and things sent to the room, they were phenomenal, patient, and very helpful! The daily breakfast hours were accommodating and super helpful for all 7 days of the week. The only complaint I have is that for 2/3 breakfasts I had, the hot bar with three items had main dishes that all included meat (fritatta with meat, sausage gravy and biscuits, etc.). It was most difficult on the days where basic scrambled eggs or breakfast potatoes weren't served since the only protein left available were hard boiled eggs on the side, and the only other hot items were pastries/waffles or grits/oatmeal. Other than that, there was a slight smell to the water in the bathroom during the duration of the stay that had a slight sewage tinge, but nothing that affected showering or washing hands to a major degree and I could tell that the housekeeping staff had been cleaning the room thoroughly when we were out. Overall, I'd definitely stay at this property again and want to really highlight what a fantastic and helpful staff they have here!

Everyone was so friendly and professional! The Breakfast was Perfect! And all accommodations were the most convenient for our trip! Plan on booking there again in the future!

Staff was incredibly helpful especially Mike at checkout. The property was clean, but undergoing renovations that we weren’t aware of until getting there. The renovation is happening at reasonable times of day but we were staying after a music festival and getting in late, so it was waking up to construction every morning. We had a couple of little things happen with our room but overall it was a great trip.
