The Grand Hyatt is definitely top tier in the heart of Atlanta! With a mixture of everything in the area, this place was everything and more! From the staff, to the view (15th floor) everything was nice as expected!

I loved every bit of it except for breakfast. The food was good but the service was bad waited in line for hostess took for ever two people in front of me gave up. No one gave I contact . Finally get table and it took for ever to get coffee and refills at the table

The Japanese fountain outside the breakfast area is truly an amazing work of art! Otherwise the hotel was 5 stars all the way!

Amazingly clean room. The garden was gorgeous. Such an amazingly soft aesthetic experience. I would definitely like to go here again.

This Hotel is a 5 Star Gem located in Buckhead Atlanta. The moment you arrive the Valet is warm and welcoming offering help with your bags. Check-in was smooth and painless, as we arrived before check in time (2pm) and were happy to find that our room was ready. Brendon at the front desk was amazing and the Manager, Nickole accommodated us with a thoughtful credit and she made us feel like family. We highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Buckhead for business, family or wedding.

The bathroom had a tub with a shower curtain. Very outdated and in need of an upgrade. Also paid $30 for an amenity fee and $65 for valet parking. Seems like a rip off.

Grand hotel. The fountain in the Japanese garden is beautiful. Staff was great. Interesting restaurants nearby. Can’t think of anything.

Bed was very comfortable, but the shower was lowwww flow. Otherwise, everything was great.
