Loews Arlington

Facility was beautiful and very convenient for attending the conference, which was also held there. Staff was friendly and attentive. Bed was SUPER comfortable. It was a bit expensive. Peanut M&Ms at the minibar were $14, and a bottle of water was $9, which seemed a bit over the top.

We stay here every year when we come to a Rangers game and there is nowhere we would rather stay. The suite was impeccable! The amenities were spot on. We had a stunning view and slept like babes. If you are coming to Arlington, stay here!!!

1000% you’re going to either wait for 40+ mins to get checked in or to get your car from valet when you’re ready to leave. So much for express checkin. The other line moves faster. The Italian restaurant was no better. Waited significantly for food, our servers attention, and the check. When we arrived our shower had left over hair on the walls from previous guest. The spa was great and my masseuse was 10/10. We’ve stayed at both Lowe’s locations a multitude of times and this one has always been less than favorable every time. Disappointed because of the upscale feel it provides. I’d rather stay in the holiday inn down the street to have my time back.

This hotel is immediately next to the stadium(s). Something to consider if there is an event. Rooms/people were great, same for bar also great, Check-in was a zoo, definitely use on-line check in. Valet wait was 15-20 minutes.

The shower water had 1 temp- HOT! We has to get the game so didn’t bother by calling to get the problem addressed.

Disappointing

The property is expansive, and everyone is a delight to interact with. Our ESA dog was welcomed by everyone, and enjoyed the grounds.

Honestly my biggest grief is that they double there usual stay price just because of BTS you should never pay $770 to stay here. This property is nice and for $400-$500 a night makes sense. Did plan well for the parking took 35 mins to park valet. My room was not ready until 25 mins after check in time. Only perk it was walking distance to concert other than that no over the top
