Was a perfect spot for us. Close enough to the stadiums we could walk and avoid parking costs

The hotel is great. Clean and looks amazing with a very nice kitchen set up. though I was overcharged and currently having issues getting my money back, called the manger only to get met with an argument about how they have to send my money back on booking instead of just refunding it. He did end up hanging up on me as well.

Great location and friendly staff

The rooms are nice and big. Clean as can be for a hotel this old. Major security flaw though. This is a 2 building hotel. The building adjacent to main building has an entry door that doesn’t even close so no key card needed. It’s like a screen door practically. I told the front desk and he said they knew about it. I think it should be top on the list to get fixed.

Trolley to stadiums. Good large rooms with kitchen. Clean, close to a lot of food options. No issues at all. Parking lot is a little small but no big deal.

Clean rooms and great breakfast

There was broken glass in one of the cupboards and hair in the shower. The staff was ok but could smile some more to make people feel welcome. The elevator was super scary sounding we used it once and took the stairs the rest of the time there. It was okay besides a couple things not sure if I would stay again and if I did it would be for the location.

Walking down hallway to room, the hallway smelled funny and wasn’t pleasant. Room wasn’t that clean. We found crumbs beside the bed on one side guessing from last guest. Saw two small roaches in the room one was beside the bed. Ac wasn’t keeping room cool and the toilet wasn’t working properly either, we had to remove the toilet tank lid and tap on the fill valve for it to fill the tank after flushes. Very bad hotel
-
AC was not working well. Door mechanism was not working well. Security door to the outside was not working.
-
it felt like home and near the Rangers game nothing at all

I’m requesting a refund , I could not stay at this hotel

Friendly staff

This is an older hotel. It could use some serious renovations. I couldn't open the door to my room without ramming my shoulder into it to push open and slamming it shut. Clearly the foundation is a bit off. The room was clean but the TV was next to the bed so you have to watch it sitting in the couch or move furniture. The staff and breakfast attendant were very friendly and accommodating. This just isn't what I expect from Towne Place Suites and Marriott.
-
It was good The elevator wasn’t working, I’m 70 yrs old and we were on the top floor. I wasn’t told it didn’t work when I booked my room. Second night the AC wasn’t cooling. Front desk said we could relocate to the first floor. Wasn’t about to carry all luggage down at midnight.

Smaller love this place. Stayed here multiple times. They always take good care of us and staff is sorry friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

not enough bathroons for a 2 bedroom room

Exceptional

Elevator jerks and makes HORRIBLE noise. We took the stairs except when we carried our bags and back down..THE SAME NIGHT. Got to our first room and the toilet had creamy yellow stuff on the seat. They moved us to the room next door. That room the bathroom floors were disgusting and there was no TV remote. Both rooms were nearly 80 degrees and smelled horrible. We dropped our bags and went to eat dinner and came back the air wasn’t cooling the room the whole time we were gone so we grabbed our bags and left.
-
We weren't able to occupy the room, when we showed up, we were told the room had been over sold, we had to be sent to another hotel.
