Comfort Suites Arlington - Entertainment District

The rooms were clean. The parking was sufficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked and maintained for the entire time.

The place was great, love the breakfast. The service was excellent from the front desk to the workers. Will stay again

Loved it very nice! Sweet front desk people. Rooms big and cozy! I loved everything.

Superb

Good

Poor

I liked that it was very closed in and how close it was to our destination The AC seemed like it would stop working sometimes at night. It would be cold and then all of a sudden I would wake up sweating and the ac wouldn’t be running

Great location and place to stay. The staff was friendly

The saff was kind and understanding. How dirty the room was.

Location to AT&T stadium was close by so we could walk there. The swimming pool not being available due to it having green algae for days. The pool was closed and it was 99 degrees out. I purposely called the facility to ensure it had a pool available outside and it was open during the timeframe we were staying there. Our plan was to sit and relax by the pool. I would think that we should get some reduction on our bill for not being able to use pool. I would have picked another hotel had I known we couldn’t swim. It affected our stay.

I enjoyed the stay, however, it was an accessible room and the bed seemed to be a little worn out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was great.

Exceptional

Breakfast was included.

How can I say what I like if they gave my room away. Very disappointing.very unprofessional. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY UNPROFESDIONAL. YELLING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS ON THE PHONE TO ME. I WAS 2 HOURS AWAY FROM LOCATION AND GET TOLD THAT MY ROOM WAS GOING TO BE TAKEN AWAY IF I DIDN'T PAY WITHIN 40 MINUTES. CHECK IN WAS AT 3PM AND THEY NOTIFIED ME AT 10AM. THOUGHT I TRY THIS HOTEL SINCE IT HAD HIGH REVIEWS......BOY WAS I WRONG. THIS WOMAN HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING THE FRONT DESK.

Convenient to AT&T Stadium. The shuttle service (fee) was very helpful. Bed was comfy! We stayed on the side next to the interstate and traffic was very loud, even late at night.

The breakfast was delicious. Many items to choose from. The room was very clean and spacious. Great customer service. We came to see the Rangers play. Very close to the stadium. Also, the shuttle service was convenient. You pay a small fee per person. They drop you off and pick you up at your event. My son was a slightly disappointed in the pool. It looked very green and cloudy the day we were there. It was hot so a little dip would have been nice but no big deal.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. The pool is so small and dirty. The rooms look nothing like the rooms advertised. Housekeeping came in my room, cleans and didn’t replace any towels. When I finally found someone at the front desk they were annoyed that I asked for more towels. Our bathroom shower leaked. The breakfast was mediocre, had very little choices. The hotel had strange/gross smells. The rooms smelt moldy.

Considering how my initial experience in Arlington began, this property was a no-brainer. I visited the property back in 2022 and loved the convenience of having many options for entertainment. The room was very comfortable. I felt safe. The bed was so comfortable. I normally don’t sleep well at all in hotel beds, but the set up was perfect. This property knows what it’s doing to create a cozy stay. I will be happy to visit in the future.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hot buffet breakfast provided a lot of options. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

Disappointing
