Overall hit the mark for our visit and purpose, convenient and comfortable The one thing that can use improvement is the grab n go coffee off the lobby. This is really important amenity for all guests BUT the staff is sooo slow, is not really that pleasant or hospitable, and does not communicate well for service role. This was noticeable in previous stays as well.
