Staff was extremely pleasant, personable, professional and polite.
-
One thing that was confusing, our room was not straigtened up een though we were there for two nights. Seems like our room was forgotten
-
Long line to check in, partly due to staff needing to toggle between different booking sites. All else, including staff, was great.

Nice hotel

Relatively brand new hotel that is very near to downtown Annapolis. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Be prepared to pay extra for overnight parking, but maybe that is the cost of doing business in Annapolis these days. Family and I would go back there again for sure.
-
booking.com had no mention of the 30.00 per day parking fee. And they do not mention that they do not guarantee the room choice. I booked the more expensive king suite with sitting area. And was put in a double queen room. Not the fault of the Hotel and they were great and able to accommodate us the next day. Booking.com not forthcoming with the details.

I thought parking was included and would have looked for another hotel. It annoyed me when I arrived. pillows were too soft and I couldn't get to sleep. Lights in room were too stark and would prefer a warmer light. Breakfast was terrible

The hotel was nice. The room was comfortable. I was a little surprised of the cost per night to park on property. I believe it’s a rip off price should be stated on the website before booking.

Very comfortable and quiet room. FYI be advised there is a $32/night fee to park your car onsite!

Staff was exceptional. Polite and very helpful. Property hotel and room were immaculate and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
-
I would not call this a “downtown Annapolis” hotel.
-
The hotel was clean and relatively quiet. I would be happier if the price for parking was included in the overall cost instead of separate.
-
This is a great hotel for the price point, but I would not recommend it. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that requires you to pay to park in its parking lot. Making matters worse was the fact that the $32 fee did not guarantee a legal parking space. Many of the patrons parked in the fire lane or created their own parking spot. Those who could not create a parking space parked on the street adjacent to the property. The experience inside the hotel was great, but the parking situation kept this from being a recommendation.

Staff were wonderful! Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Would have appreciated complimentary water bottles in the room.
