The valets The room was gross, smelled like wet dog. Walls paper thin. Alarms in other rooms could be heard going off at 4am, not being turned off.

Excellent location. Marriott has renovated the bar downstairs; one side is a Mexican restaurant and the other is Italian. Both have great food and service.

The view from our room was incredible. The property is clean and the beds comfortable. For the price, however, the only thing that justifies it is the view and location. There are 2 restaurants- Marmo was disappointing and overpriced. The cantina was great. Unfortunately, they take up all of the waterfront dock area, so there is really nowhere else to gather in the hotel to enjoy the water if you just want to sit and visit or play a game, or some such. (The balconies were too small for anything except a cup of coffee). And since the restaurants are open to the public the area is packed all the time. Otherwise, being an older hotel, there really aren't any special amenities. No spa or pool. nothing else special about it. And those terrible nespresso machines in the room. I just want a regular cup of coffee. Parking is overpriced- we hoofed it to a garage a few blocks away for significantly less per day.

Sadly worst hotel ever in the world. Double booked the room so we caught another couple entering. Elevators often didn’t work. Rubbish would be laying around while front desk staff gossiped the day away. Rooms had faulty or no air con. Ours had temp air con piped through a window …. This simply made curtains impossible to close and the street noise amplified …. Think of gramophone effect :(. House keeping failed to respond ….. sadly the list is never ending

This is a great hotel in a great location two great restaurants.

Word game with my family got another visit. People banged on walls. We aren’t loud but the tennants felt like they chose the hotel for total quiet,

Great hotel and staff , The manager saw that we had Marriot Bonvoy and gave us a great room . also Elaine at the front desk gave us late check out . Overall a great experience !

The location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. Considering the price of rooms, the $39 parking fee was high.

Customer service was very poor starting with being put on hold forever calling to see if our room would be ready early. The room was not ready for the 4:00 check in. After a nearly hour wait it was ready and the offered a $50 credit towards breakfast. Lots of typing in the computer might make you think they’d actually put a $50 credit in the system. You’d be wrong. Thankfully we actually checked out at the desk were we caught the “error”. Oh and the elevators weren’t working.

Had a bay front room overlooking the bay. Had wine on the balcony watching dinghy’s up to large yachts coming and going. What a great time we had.

Upon check in they had our three person reservation assigned to a one bed king room even though it was booked as two queens and showed that on the confirmation. Ended up in a hearing impaired room. Mold in the shower. Housekeeping trying to clean room after 5 p.m. Elevetor worked most of the time.

The team missed a request for an accessible shower so the room wasn’t ready on time. Once we did get to the room, the shower was quite moldy - definitely needs a deep cleaning. Restaurants on site were great, but when we went offsite, we received the best recommendations from a local. Very convenient location - take the water taxi if you have the option!

We asked for early check-in, & were told we’d be contacted when the room was ready, but there was no follow-up contact. Our morning shower had no hot water so we washed quickly! We knew there was ongoing work with the water supply but didn’t expect cold showers. When we reported the issue at the front desk, we were graciously offered breakfast at the on-site restaurant. So glad we accepted! Food (& service & view) were excellent. We didn’t consider the restaurant previously because there was no evidence of it aside from a sign on the door. A posted menu could help. It’s a long walk down a cold hallway and we totally would have not considered it as a breakfast option. Definitely recommend eating at the restaurant!

Air conditioning did not work at the hotel, ended up having to leave and stay somewhere else for the night. Kept giving us the run around. They did comp the room for one night but should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Rooms were 90 degrees! Beautiful hotel, great location.

The location of the hotel was awesome along with our balcony view. However you should not have to pay an additional $50 per day to park your car especially since the garage up the street is Therefore the guests are getting pentalized to park at the hotel . Additionally the front desk women were rude and condescending

My husband and I was there over the weekend and we paid for a King room. They gave us a two double bedroom which was unacceptable. It was on top of the air conditioner unit so I think I should get a refund wasn’t a good site we left today and there was no hot water.

Balcony was great so was the view, hotel getting a little old needs some room cosmetics, location great

Top notch staff from the front desk, housekeeping and valet. My only real complaint was the early AM construction in the hallway. But all the workers were friendly and courteous to me passing by to get to the elevator.
