La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boston-Andover

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs were cold. No one informed me that you had to request housekeeping we came home from being outside seeing all day. No one cleaned the room no fresh towels. Nobody emptied the garbage because the front desk did not tell us we had to request that the first night we were there no TV we had to wait a half hour only to find out the remote control was not working we also the first night had no Netflix there was issues with the Netflix in the whole building.

Not Really anything specific Um EVERYTIME I have stayed the pool was broken outta service but they still charge the Regular price um when the pool isn't working make sure to accommodate the price also the store is outrageous prices for the smallest of Items The Bland same food every day I just fed the breakfast to my Service Dog also Putting someone with disabilities in room next to a room with screaming loud kids is not all that great of an Idea Adding a fenced area for Dogs staying would be an excellent addition for Guests probably covered would be great too keep Guests out of the rain while they let there doggy enjoy the area

Person that checked me in was very nice and very helpful. I ended up in a handicap accessable room, the shower did not work well and the bed was very uncomfortable. Additionally, there was something gross on the wall that was not cleaned off.

Pool was closed and was the whole reason we booked that location. Waffles at breakfast got stuck to irons, no spray. No water station to fill water bottles. Had better experience at other LaQuintas. Disappointed.

There was nothing on website or signs that pool was closed. So we had to find another hotel

No one was at the front desk when I needed to check in. Had to holler so someone could attend me from the back room/office BUT check-in was smooth and quick. I did like no fee for parking and $25pet/night deposit. Now .. on to the mess .. we didnt use the gym nor did we have breakfast (cant comment on that). The pool had no water in it so we couldn't use that either. We had one of the last rooms down one of the smelliest/dirtiest corridors I ever seen/smelled at a hotel. It reeked of cat urine in the hallways with animal fur everywhere. Upon opening room 144, we immediately noticed an old, stale, moldy basement smell. There we spiderwebs on the ceilings in the room and moth/insect of some sort caught in one. The bathroom smelled like urine as well. There was slight signs of mold on the ceiling tiles in the bathroom and along the caulk of the tub. The shower curtain was also torn. Fridge/microwave/coffee maker were fine (didn't use them either). Now - the beds - terrible !! There was a stain on the foot of the first bed's sheet. Beds were hard and screeched everytime we'd move. The pillows were weird. Felt like they had filler memory foam pellets in them. They were small and didnt hold its shape. Room was very outdated and gross. All in all, I would never stay here again and do NOT recommend it.

There was only pork sausage. Some travelers might not eat pork. The egg was not very tasty.

The staff was excellent! My room was clean and quiet. Close to restaurant was dinner. Breakfast was very good. Only issues with property was unable to use pool due to being repaired. Otherwise everything was very good.
