Facilities were clean, room was spacious and serviceable, pool and hot tub were functional, clean, and open. Front desk personnel amiable and competent. There's nothing within walking distance. Facility was a little sterile in appearance.

Great stay. Lots of rain on our second day in Salem. We visited a lot of destinations in Salem. Came back Saturday and enjoyed the hot tub, drinks, and dinner at the bar during the storms.

Nice place to lay your head down for a night. Great amenities and great resturante; played some pool. Got up the next day and enjoyed the gym. Beautiful place.

Shower drain was slow. Hair floating in the pool. Dirt on the floor of the hot tub. In the restaurant, the hostess added over $20 to our bill when she cashed us out.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend it. We’ve stayed here on two occasions so far and we will definitely be back. The pool and hot tub are clean and so refreshing. The rooms are also clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Vik!

The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and overall it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also in a pretty good location, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. There were a few downsides. Parking can be difficult to find on weekends, and breakfast is available for an extra charge. This time, we also had a room with beds and mattresses that were not very comfortable. The biggest issue for us was the soundproofing. Even though the hotel description says the rooms are well soundproofed, there are noticeable gaps around the doors, so you can clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Because of this, it was difficult to sleep well at night. We also had an issue with the shower. It was difficult to get both a comfortable water temperature and good water pressure at the same time. When the water was very hot, the pressure was fine, but at a normal, comfortable temperature, the water came out in a very weak stream. The coffee in the lobby was also disappointing. It was extremely watery, almost transparent, with very little coffee flavor, and simply did not taste good.

From the friendly staff, smiles from other guests, the pool/jacuzzi, awesome complimentary warm Cookie at check in and outstanding free breakfast! Place is as a great stay!
