Nothing to like about the place. It was sketchy and dirty. Everything. It was dirty. They were letting homeless people in and they kept knocking on my door. It was not safe.

I was expecting a better hotel with it being a Ramada, but sadly it didn't live up to what I expected. They only had one shuttle to go back and forth from the airport. The shuttle only fit four people with their suitcase. There were a lot of us waiting and we ended up waiting close to two hours for the shuttle to be able to take us. When we got there, the heating wasn't working. They worked on it, but changed our key when they did so our key didn't work when we went back to our room. We had to get another key and that one didn't want to work. Needless to say, we were exhausted. We had waited a long time for the shuttle and then it took almost another hour before we were able to get into our room. They did have a shuttle that took us to the train station the next morning, but it was a surprise to the shuttle driver despite us scheduling the shuttle the night before. Overall, it didn't feel like it was very organized.

perfect location, hospital visits they could have replaced the towels daily, bath tub needed to be cleaned with soft scrub, it was dirty, also by 7:30am the coffee in parlor was gone, and what there was was very old.

They were reluctant to clean our room every day, no heat in the room. During our 7 day stay only two days they change the linnens. The shuttle service sucks

The bathroom was clean and decent. The rest of the room was below par. It appeared the sheets hadn't been changed. I was too tired/not feeling well to complain. The place needs work.

When arriving at the desk at 0500 am I was informed the driver didn’t show up for work and I needed to find my own ride to the airport. No apology or voucher for ride.

Furniture falling apart, shower or something else leaking onto floor of bathroom. Walls half painted different colors. Shower stall has supposedly been retired but bottom tiles do not touch flooring and are. Moldy. Shower stool is old cracked and moldy - didn’t bother to use. We only stayed for one night and it wasn’t even a full night. FREE breakfast was defrosting breakfast sandwiches, make your own waffles in a corroded waffle maker and other items that may have been expired. Best part was free shuttle to the airport- the driver that is who was texting someone and then calling and talking to a friend while driving on the way. Definitely wouldn’t say this place is worth the cost - if they said “under construction” maybe I could understand the poor condition.
