Nice place

The staff were very helpful, especially Miss Mona (a big black lady). Breakfast did not include eggs. The hotel is close to most attractions, and the airport is less than a 10-minute drive away.

Better of staying at the Black Angus

Staff, proximity to the airport, shower. They should invest in the door locks. The lock on my door broke when I wanted to leave the room and received a new room. Good locks are needed specially as the rooms are directly accessible by passerby from the road!!

I stayed one night at this hotel, and it was such a bizarre experience. It almost seemed like there was an old motel that was purchased by the main hotel next-door and then combined into one company. I booked a queen size room at the cost of $187. What I received was hardly what I paid for. The bed was a full-size and not a queen bed. In addition, the room was incredibly disgusting with dirty floors, walls, shower, and curtains. Paint was peeling on most of the surfaces, and the showerhead was coming out of the wall. After going to the front desk to complain, I was told we could be given another room, but would be charged for the difference of the room. The gal at the front desk was nice enough and I realize she had no control of the situation, but I wasn’t going to fight about it for one night. In addition in the area this hotel is located is not a safe area. It is full of homeless people and we definitely did not feel safe at night. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The room was great, hotel is nice, area is pretty good. Only issue was the AC pushed out hot air all night and it was 90 degrees in my room. Not my worst experience by far, but definitely hot.

I pay 390 us $ for two days and they ask me to pay 420 $ more to update for the inside building room that was nicer as advertised . They advertised nice beautiful rooms with alot of photos but this rooms cost over 450 us $ a day more the what Hilton charge the ather rooms with normal average price 200 us $ is outside rooms like one star motel room and don't have photos for this terrible rooms except one or two photos ,the carpet was old and smell , the room small and no sofa or a chair to sit, to open the bathroom door you have to push hard with your solder the sealing fen was making terrible noise that you can hear 5 rooms down I used hotel rooms all my life and I NEVER give anyone bad fee or complain is not my style but this one make us feel so bad like victims of a scam, I thought were getting a good deal by seeing the photos but this photos was only the bait nothing more, so terrible. If you are planning to book in this (hotel, motel) please make sure WHAT room and Building you are booking for, before you ben Disappointed like us, and I have to say the breakfast was OK only the first day, the next day 8 o'clock morning was nothing left on the buffet except coffee, and we asked what happened the toll us that the Early people cleared all the food, but No any refill was available. It's okay no problem we got breakfast on the near restaurant ,but was no service in this Motel, please be sure before booking

Old room.

This older hotel has had recent upgrades. It’s looking good! The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as higher end hotels. Breakfast sub-par. But still, they had food. WiFi just fine. Rooms very clean. Staff very kind and helpful. I would stay here again.
