Very nice room and helpful staff at the hotel.

I had to inform/notify the front desk my room had been cleaned for two days during my stay at the hotel. Bathroom had paint peeling in the shower and shower door. Stained carpet.

It's quite noisy being next to the road, we had to ask for our room to be made up. They were the only negatives. We were given a complimentary upgrade with a room with more space as we were staying for a week. Loved the all access to hot drinks and free breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location. It was close enough to everything, but still far enough away. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. Staff were always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Anchorage for vacation. My only complaint is that the bathroom door was very hard to open and close.

This place truly was home away from home. The staff was so wonderful and inviting. They cleaned the room each day and even did my little bit of dishes. Towards the end, one of the staff made the bed with my sons favorite stuffed animal as the center piece. He was overjoyed to see that. We will be coming back. I truly appreciate all the staff.
