Crowne Plaza Anchorage Midtown by IHG

The carpet in the room was soaked( all around the window. perhaps from the air conditioner. )We called the front desk and let them know. we did not want to change rooms as it was already late and we were tired. We were never was offered a discount or anything to make up for this, even though we paid top dollar for the room

Breakfast was very poor no menu to order from, buffet was terrible with powder eggs, potatoes soaked with Cheyenne pepper. Meats under cooked. No daily room service or amenities in room. Bottle water $3, refrigerator was set to lowest temp setting & hot. Heating system so noisy wife & I couldn't sleep. Load popping noise went system turned on. Email bill to checkout in morning was for different room. Never stay at this hotel again

Poor noise protection within your hotel room, can hear footsteps.

It was a clean room, not sound proofed well so we heard the late night drag racers on the main street. Breakfast was ok. I had much higher expectations for an IHG property. We only stayed two nights so it was tolerable.

The property is showing considerable wear and the carpet and furniture actually look grubby.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. They have an inhouse restaurant - which is needed if you are without a car as there did not seem to be anywhere else to eat nearby. It is worn and dingy, but clean.

They have a very nice buffet breakfast but opted for the menu since we had enough buffets on our vacation. I had a reindeer sausage/mushroom/Swiss omelet that was the best omelet I ever had. Would stay here again if I were to visit Anchorage again.

Juno restaurant attached to Hotel was good and bar available was great Comfortable beds and coffee available in the lobby area

We really enjoyed our stay and liked that coffee and tea are provided in the lobby for guest.

This is a good, affordable hotel in Anchorage Alaska. The hotel rooms are a good size, clean and very comfortable. There are not a bunch of extra amenities but all of the basic ones that you need are provided. There is a pool that I didn't use but that is a nice feature. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
