Always stay here always clean and helpful

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

Other guests on my floor were very loud all night. At one point, two females knocked my door allegedly they mistook my room for their. I attempted to call guest services, but unable to reach personnel.

The only disappointment was the use of disposable to-go plates, cups, and cutlery. For a hotel at this price point, I feel guests should have access to proper reusable dishes and utensils. Aside from the cost, the amount of single-use waste is also a significant environmental concern. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the wonderful service from the staff. I would happily stay here again, and I hope the hotel considers a more sustainable approach to its dining amenities

The staff were all amazing and very helpful. The facility was extremely nice and clean. There were several homeless people lingering around across the street and visible from my room window. The room was relatively noisy.

Very convenient close to the airport Hotel was very clean Shower was horrible. Might as well stood out in the rain.

There was some loud noise in the wall in the morning that made it so i couldnt sleep but other than that the room was really nice and the hot tub was not very hot but the pool was really nice.

Clean, nice for the most part just didnt like how the bathroom was barely apart from the bedroom

It’s personal preference in that we don’t eat gluten or pork, so for $17/person extra for breakfast it was not a good value. The only thing we could eat was scrambled eggs and fruit. It should be included with the room.

Service sucks with personal room was ok but charged to much sick was plugged up and the drain stopper was broken, the lady was not much help with booking a room in side of the hotel she could not give me a room untill I booked it on line , but she could take the security deposit, whotxhbmade no since to me

Doors too heavy, a very small room. Rug was unclean. I complained to front desk regarding a noise. They forgot to tell maintenance. I moved to another room .

Excellent place to stay

Staff was lovely, room was comfortable and served our needs for a one night stay. But the location is far away from anything interesting and super-sketchy- at least 20 homeless people hanging out at the gas station across the street all night. I wouldn’t want to stay for more than a night or leave a car in the parking lot.

The beds are so comfortable The price per night a lit of money for little return, I got the same deal in mexico city but fir 4 nights, at the same price, Did not get to use the pool. Was upgraded by booking. Com must of been the worst view of the whole hotel. Included what booking. Com called Free brakefast, but it's not really you paying fir it in the price, Not mad at hotel but feels like booking. Com are sneaky with there booking, feeling rip off by booking. Com

It was very clean, courteous staff
