Beautiful and fabulous location Expensive parking for no good reason

I will continue to come back it’s on my top list of hotels and I like to try different hotels. Love love!

I spent a good time

Hotel was very clean and all staff members were very nice. It was a very great location as well with quick freeway access. Overall a great stay.

The lights were very bright esp. in the bathroom at night. Dimmers would be nice. The roof top pool was too small to swim in.

Hall ways were dirty, staff wasn’t great. Had to unload and load the car myself while valet and staff watched. Property is great staff isn’t…

This is a nice property but the staff in general are not welcoming with the exception of the front desk at check-in. I would not stay again as there are many many other options in the area.

We stayed here for a family vacation last week. The second day after sleeping there one night I got little itchy bumps on my chest and then the next day they were on my back and now being home they are all over my body. And now my husband has them. I sent a survey to the hotel and told them about this and they said they are sorry about the discomfort in their bedding. This is a discomfort. This is a health problem. And now we have to take time off of work and spend money to go to Urgent Care to get this taken care of. I expect a full refund. And looking at some reviews, this is not the first time they've had this problem.

The front desk is very helpful even when there was a long line waiting to be attended (maybe it should add a new hire?). Breakfast is a top notch quality with reasonable varieties served by very well trained staff. The pools are in good conditions. Will stay there again next time.

Great close to Disney

Booked a room and when I went to check in my room was no longer available saying it was totally booked when I already had a room reservation. They were no help on the situation and sent us to a different hotel. Worst hotel possible. The staff was no help.

Very kind staff! Upgraded us and made us feel special for our staycation birthday celebration Rooftop bar staff is inattentive.

Down side, front desk or housekeeping never answers their phone. Even when calling multiple times, it would just ring. I would have to go downstairs just to request what I needed.

I’m very happy with the overall stay, one hiccup in the cleaning of my room but overall very nice hotel for our stay.
