The carpet in ghe hallways makes the luggage get stuck. The room we got was oversized, it was great, but it did smell like humidity... We stayed 2 nights and we never got our room cleaned. I think they want you to ask to get the room cleaned, but I dont' find that convenient. This is our second time staying here but we might just try another hotel for next time we travel to anaheim. The pool and hot tub hours are from 8 am to 12 am so we loved that, especially after a day of long walking at Disneyland.

Great place to stay. About 15 min walk to main Disney gates. My only complaint is the beds are a little hard and the pillows completely deflate once you lay your head on them.

Room was very clean and the front desk staff is amazing. I was able to check in about 10 minutes before checkin time and my room was available. Room always feels like home and seeing my name on the TV Screen is always a nice “welcome home” touch.

It’s a very basic hotel but is good for location so close to Disney. Breakfast isn’t included and options aren’t ideal but overall it was well kept and good for the price
