The faucets in the room and the bathroom were very loose, it felt as though they would fall apart when I touched them. Would not recommend this hotel to any traveler. If a guest is disruptive, the staff needs to be available/present to deal with that and in this case, the staff was nowhere to be found.

The last 2 times we have stayed there, there has been an issue with the toilets.

Staff let us in our room @ 2 versus 3 p.m. This helped us out. The room was clean, bed comfortable and we loved having our dog with us.

Key card only worked twice and you had to go to the front desk and have it rekeyed.

I liked the size of the room, the recliner in the room, the cold refrigerator and ice maker, working air conditioner, the comfortable bed and the decent lighting and plug-ins for electronic devices. The bathroom door was wedged up against the wall and it wouldn’t shut. There was also a bug on the bathroomfloor that I had to kill and dispose of.

The room was very large, and I appreciated having an outdoor area for my dog. Unfortunately, those were the only things I really liked. I had concerns about the breakfast, my experience at the establishment, the room taxes and charges, and the additional tax on the daily pet fee. I contacted the hotel and Expedia for clarification, but my specific concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and felt the charges and services were not clearly explained.
