Lets' talk room. Clean. But lack basic amenities. What room doesn't have a coffee maker or even a single basic plastic cup. Also no microwave. So zero way to eat diner without going down the lobby to microwave my crap dinner in a crap microwave. the lobby microwave was the cheapest thing you could buy. Not a commercial level. Crap level. Room: only thing present was a frig. Zero freezer. No coffee maker, not filtered water, not idea about ice, No microwave ?!?!?! Cheapest microwave 800watt the only thing available. Lilke I said the most mixed review Front desk person. 5 stars, Cleanness in room 4.8 stars. Amenities 2.3 stars

I had a sleepless night there!! I was itching like crazy could not sleep all night!! I did mske a complaint about it to the staff. Maybe some kinda mites or bugs!! The pool looked nasty and unkept!! The water from the shower ran out into the floor cause it had half a door!! The breakfast was terrible!! No sausage then when the brought it out it was still cold like uncooked!! Really bad experience!! Was a waste of money!! Would not recommend this place!!

This is an OLD hotel in severe need of renovation.

We did not stay there due to the fact they didn’t have any rooms available upon checking in…despite having reservations so they sent us to a sister hotel. So they did accommodate us but unfortunately it was not the same price ….it was more.

Price was great, service was great, room was very clean. Definitely good deal to stay close to the concert venue.

Elevator was slow. The staff was amazing. The shower wouldn't completely go to the shower head so most of the water just ran in the tub. But there was makeup removers, which was nice. Little things like missing trim and crooked toilet paper holder. Bed was a bit worn. But comfortable enough. Breakfast was good. Decent options

The room was nice, we had 3 people in the king bed room and we didn't feel cramped at all, it was clean, and had easy parking. My main issue was that the phone would randomly ring in the middle of the night and there was no way to unplug it so I got woken up a few times.

This is an older property that needs significant updates. Since there is no shower door or curtain, water spills onto the bathroom floor. The room was very small, and there were signs of mold in the bathroom area. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was good.

Rooms are nice size for multiple people

The rooms were very clean it was a peaceful staycation and the customer service was everything.

Leaky air conditioning, moldy rooms very dirty rooms was property is in very poor condition and would never stay there again

Clean and comfortable. Staff is always professional and helpful. The bed is comfy and the shower pressure is great! We love staying here!

The whole hotel was clean. The employees was attentive. One guest didn't like how she cooked her waffle, left it sitting on the counter and an employee quickly tossed it and cleaned the counter.I dealt with Shantivous on check in and check out, and Takayla on the first morning. They were wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Hotel

Breakfast was great! The second day we had egg white crust less quiche type options and they were delicious! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash mounted in the shower smelled great and are always a plus! The not so good: second floor smelled musty from the second we stepped off the elevator. Carpets in the room and hallways were very stained and we found a worm on the floor in our room.

The toilet in my room was in operable and I had to go off property to use a restroom in a restaurant. Their staff responded not so urgently. I had to explain the importance of having a workable toilet in a room you paid for… my take away from the experience is the staff needs to be trained on the sense of urgency and not be clueless.
