Very good

Nothing, the front desk clerk was as rude and lacked any sense of what it means to be in a customer service role. Worse I've ever seen. I was there with my daughter, her husband and their 1 year old and it was late after a full day of travel. All the clerk wanted to do is argue with me about a situation we did not see eye to eye about. Instead of trying to understand the customer's situation, she just was stubborn. She even tried to explain that it was not safe to do what I was suggesting because it was not safe and there had been murders in the past. Not what you want to hear when checking in with a little baby and family members. Then she refused to allow us to check in at all. So after over 12 hours of traveling, we found ourselves back in the car to search for another hotel kate at night. I hope you pass this on to Marriott to let them know our experience. The fact that the receptionist refused to let us check us in just because she did not agree with my viewpoint.

The location was fine The staff. They are scammers and the new guy tried to double charge me twice. Then the manager (female) threatened to have me removed cause of a noise complaint going on 3 days in a row and i was only there one day and had just checked in was only in the room for 2 hours before she called. Then she was rude to answer any of my questions and told front desk guy to charge me again and they’ll refund if booking.com confirmed my payment. He kept asking to see my bank statements and violated privacy rights.

The rooms were nothing like the pictures, and had a slight smell of smoke and mildew

It was close to Northside Hospital where I was having procedure done.

Non existent mini fridge/microwave in room, better coffee, or comp coffee in lobby at least. Need better light in the parking lot at night.

It's located in a nice area. Rooms were clean and nice.

I liked the scenery when you first entered the building The carpets need to be renovated

We did not like the cramped bathroom area. Was a tight fit to use the closet and or sink. We had TO PAY TO PARK!!! The TV was left of the bed and difficult to view. The parking area was dark and felt unsafe.

The coffee maker in the room did not make hot coffee; and the refrigerator was freezing all my drinks. Otherwise my stay was very comfortable and very quiet.

Clean & sanitary

Our stay was enjoyable and the staff was very good. However the hotel can use some upgrades and be a little more modern.

It was in a nice location, felt safe, some restaurants near, pretty close to interstate, very clean everywhere we went on the property. The tv in the room was pretty much useless. The color on the screen was blue, and really dark. We had someone try to walk into our room from the courtyard because the rooms aren’t properly numbered from the courtyard. You have to pay $10 to park your car on the property, they don’t have a free breakfast- you must also pay for that. Facilities were clean, but that’s about the only good thing. Probably won’t be back.

Good location, it was clean , staff was friendly Breakfast was 12 per person and had to pay for parking for what we pd to stay there I think those shouldn’t of been added plus it was a lil dated for a Marriott but overall it was ok

Stayed here for a concert at Ameris…quiet, clean, and comfortable!

We had a wonderful time! Everyone was so helpful. The room and the hotel were beautiful. Thank you!

The only complaint was there were no USB ports next to the bed.
