We don’t expect much but we’re quite surprised at how clean, modern, and well-kept the hotel was. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast had a good variety of foods, some were better than others. Overall, a super great stay. We will definitely look to this property next time we are in town.

Staff, very friendly and helpful!

I liked how clean it was. I would have preferred to have been moved away from the front of the building because of the constant activity at Waffle House right out front.

Me encantó el servicio y todo a la mano

What was most frustrating was that I brought the issue to the attention of the hotel staff, but nothing was done to address the situation. I understand that hotels can’t always control the behavior of every guest, but I do expect staff to respond when a legitimate noise complaint is made. The lack of response made the stay uncomfortable and left me disappointed with the overall experience. Based on this stay, I would not book this hotel again.

Very friendly staff. When I come to Alpharetta for concerts at Ameris Bank I always stay here and continue to do so.
