Quality Inn Allen - Plano East

I checked in and went to my room and immediately noticed it had a musty smell. I saw ants in the sink and going up the wall by the hair dryer. I checked the beds and noticed a few ants under the covers and the sheets were not the cleanest. I didn’t even put my bags down and left and went back to the office. I told them what I saw and I didn’t want another room, just a refund. The men in the office were actually nice and did give me a refund. The hotel is just older and needs to be remodeled.

They charge daily pet fees and didn’t want to switch out towels in evening for clean ones when needed and didn’t

Really nice place to stay

Great place to stay. Located close to the event we were attending and great Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Staff was nice! Good value

Room was perfect size and exceptionally clean. Location was perfect for what we needed.

Worst experience ever in a hotel, bed amelled like urine, place felt unsafe and i could hear weird sounds ans screams all night, staff extremely unhelpful

The only problem I had was they charged me twice and I called them and they claimed it wasn’t but finally after 9 days I got the money back

Clean room, a/c worked great, staff was friendly....honestly not anything to complain about. Would definitely stay again!

chair in room had top layer peeled off and washing machine wasn't working

This was such a quiet, safe, convenient, and very inexpensive hotel. It was just what we were looking for during a quick overnight stay!

It was ok

Nice property

Clean room, safe parking, friendly reception staff, towels changed daily, trash is taken daily, free breakfast, iron/board/tea/coffee pot/hairdryer/small fridge/microwave are in the room.

It was close to decent Mexican restaurant. The hallway smelled like food and room was musty. Small rooms and small bathrooms. Breakfast was not good. Felt like an undecorated dorm room.

Safe parking, clean room, amenities in the room, free breakfast

My first room was leaking water out the AC , second room I had they moved me to had roaches.

No problems at all.

We had to change rooms because there were cockroaches in our first room. The next room had a taped-over hole in the bathtub and a broken security latch on the door..

The staff was nice. My kids had a blast we even extended our stay. It’s just aging.
