Homewood Suites Dallas Allen

Exceptional

View, accessibility Freeway noise

I will say the staff was very helpful and sweet the whole time despite the issues I had.

Don't stay here

Very good

Clean room and well maintained property

Everything was great. From New York and even the bagels at breakfast were good

Everything! The beds were comfortable. The best suites we have ever stayed in! Nothing. Everything was amazing!

Good food, nice setup, overall excellent stay. Unfortunately the pool was not functional during my stay but overall it's a very nice place. You can cook and there is refrigerator in the rooms.

Hallway is hot.

Enjoyed the spacious of the room and the amenities…

Hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel only does housekeeping every other day, even if daily services requested. It's a huge scam perpetrated by the hotel industry, since the room charge is the same, but the service isn't there.

Breakfast was first rate! Huge selection, large and comfortable dining room. Staff was very courteous. Nothing! We will be back!

Location, parking, decent breakfast Had 2 suutes for a week, cleaning was horrible. Pull out some was extremely uncomfortable pool was only open for one day while there. Gym was closed. Restrooms downstairs were also closed. Staff were trying to do the best they could but it was clear they were severely shorthanded.

The gym & laundry was under construction, but hey at least that means they are making an effort to improve the property. Breakfast variety was good. Room was fairly clean, my only feedback would be they need to look into carpet cleaning. Overall for the cost I would say value was matched and would stay there again.

Too far

Staff was very courteous and accommodating. For the most part, the facility was clean. However, return air vents were dirty and the elevator floor was sticky. Fragrance is pumped into hotel rooms through the ventilation system which, if you have allergies, is problematic. Also, you are charged a daily parking recovery fee and a tax thereon. This is not a parking garage. It is surface parking around the facility! I guess shopping centers will be next to charge a "parking recovery fee."

Air conditioning not working

We usually stay at this same hotel when we visit this area. We will stay here again because the staff & facility are great. I Unfortunately, the first floor was under renovation; power went out in the middle of the night; we were not told ahead of our arrival about the renovation. We were not offered anything because of the inconvenience. As regular guests, my wife & I would have appreciated if the hotel had offered us a partial refund or compensated us in some way.

Very good
