Staff very friendly

Nice staff, shuttle to airport or to car rental which was helpful, quiet and well built structure.

Just average but breakfast decent 50% lift capacity due to breakdown. Lot's of waiting. Didn't answer emails over one week via booking.com

Overall a great place, great location, great breakfast buffet and a reasonable price.

The rooms were great, clean and tidy aside from the second elevator being on maintenance, overall staff was friendly and had no issues with my stay.

Great room! Breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the quietness. Pool was very refreshing.

Literally the only good thing about this hotel was the waffles at breakfast The elevators were broken and there was no sign on the third floor so another family got stuck in the elevator for like 20 minutes. People were waiting on every single floor to get down to the lobby and there was no staff anywhere or signs saying that the elevator was broken and to please use the stairs. Then carrying all of our luggage up and down four flights of stairs was really hard there should have been someone to help. The staff at the front desk was rude the girl was definitely not good at handling a chaotic situation but she didn't need to be rude either. She could have apologized profusely to everyone that was stuck in the elevator and probably I could have let a lot of it go but she was just dumb. The room needed some repairs and it felt dirty I didn't even take my shoes off because the carpet was disgusting. The room never called off all of the way because the air conditioning didn't really work. And the beds are teeny tiny there wasn't even a pillow case on some of our pillows. I was extremely disappointed and will not be staying here again.

The staff was helpful, courteous, professional, customer service oriented. It was a comfortable environment and close to where we needed to go. Brown stain on bedding.

Great location near the Sunport airport in Albuquerque. Room was adequate, breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Parking was fine. Room was fairly clean.

Near the airport and UNM. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was a little warn. The carpet had stains from a lot of use, but it was clean.

Location was great.Good parking. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was TINY to say the least. The "queen" needs were actually full-size. And to top it off, of the 2 available TINY elevators, one was being repaired, so it was out of order, and we and 2 other families got stuck between floors on the one that did "work" for about 25 minutes where the fire dept had to come get us out. I do not recommend this facility.
