Holiday Inn & Suites Albuquerque Airport by IHG

Good

Very clean rooms! But the in door pool was a walk to get to

Room was previously used by people with a dog. The room smelled like wet dog and the carpets had dog hair and dirt embedded in rhe fabric. Several pillows also smelled like dog.

Nice clean room

Staff was friendly

Superb

Check-in was easy. Room was roomy and comfortable.

Very good

The bed Nothing

Nothing

Close to the airport. You need to bring is someone that know how to install tile if that is how they do tile in NM. you need to bring in someone from the northeast. The staff is first class all the way

Nice quiet room and comfortable bed and pillows.

Hotel was clean. Our floor smelled like someone had been smoking weed or vaping. Hot tub was nice and warm but the jets weren’t working. Staff was friendly.

Exceptional

Staff was awesome and the location had everything near by I have no problem with the location

Good

The hotel and room look nice on the internet,

I only booked this room because of the pool . The pool was down due to a broken pump. Carpets were filthy with food. Ceiling in my room had food on it. The person above me was stomping back and forth all night. I couldn’t sleep. I went to relax and get a good nights sleep. But that was impossible. I left feeling more tired. The bed was clean and comfortable. Bathtub was nasty. Looked dirty and the ceramic on it was chipped. Tiles throughout the hotel were cracked. The hotel smelled bad. I opened the window in my room to air it out and there was no screen. The lady down in the breakfast hall was very pleasant. She hounded people for their breakfast card or pay for the meal. I know that is her job but there is a more customer friendly way to do things. I will not be staying at this hotel again. It is in desperate need of and update and repair.

Newly updated and only a 7 min drive to return our rental car and catch a morning flight- perfect stay for our family.

Good experience everything clean and organized just one little thing no enough towels
