The woman at the front desk that checked us in lastnight 10/02 was super awesome! Didn’t get her name but I’ll give her a million stars if I could!

The room was well thought out. Lots of hooks, large tv, bathroom and comfortable beda. Nothing it was excellent

Phenomenal location! The breakfast was top notch. It was very clean! The staff was SO friendly! 10/10 experience.

Everything was satisfied!

Initially I was annoyed because I arrived early and sat in the lobby for almost six hours until almost 3pm. Apparently they were sold out the night before and took a while to turnover the rooms. Once I checked in to the room, I immediately understood the wait. The rooms are a legitimate suites that are designed beautifully. Very similar to resorts and the bed is extremely comfortable. This hotel is has the most comfortable bed and suite design outside of my favorite hotel in FL.

Great place to stay!

Overall great location, great property and well mannered staff

Showed up late to a typically good Hampton Inn, room had NO shower curtain, EMPTY shampoo and conditioner bottle and very little body wash. Usually bring my own but it was last minute just to get a couple hours sleep and shower. Highly disappointed

We reserved 2 rooms. One for one night and the other for 3 nights. The staff was the most incompetent group of people I have ever met. They couldn’t get the rooms straight and then when we were in the room that was only for one night they couldn’t figure out how to move us to the correct room for 3 nights. We asked if we could just switch rooms and they said no they didn’t want to inconvenience us. Then they called at 11:30 at night and asked us to move room on the 2nd night. The room they moved us to wasn’t even clean and they were very unhappy to have to come clean it the next day. At breakfast, which was served until 9, you had to get there by 8 or you just got the leftovers because they told us that they would not make more breakfast after that because they didn’t want to have any leftovers. This hotel had the best reviews for the area so I’d hate to have stayed somewhere else I guess

The breakfast is awesome. The property is always clean. The staff is always very nice. Constant noise from the people above me. I had requested a top floor room out of fear of something like this happening, which it did.

Convenient location Bed was so high could not get in. No shower sprayer Three days and never had room cleaned, straightened or fresh towels. Ran out of tissues
