Comfy beds and very clean. Very helpful staff Noise from other patrons woke us up very early so we didn’t stay for the free breakfast.

We had an issue with our first room, first night. Without hesitation, the management addressed the issue promptly. They worked with staff to resolve. When it was discovered the best resolution was to change our room they did so quickly and courteously. They wanted to make us happy with our stay. We are not anyone special..just regular folks and yet we were treated as if we were their top priority! That's what I call great and commendable service. Great staff, breakfast with best choices and excellent coffee that doesn't run out. . Thank you.

Elevator not working, we had to get a ground floor room because my wife couldn’t go up the stairs due to medical reasons.

You could tell that animals have been in because of each door the corporate’s were spotted, and the halls and the room I stayed in did not smell clean

Didn't eat the breakfast. Location was off main highway but was okay The rooms were dirty. My daughter found a bug in her bed. Chairs were broken. Had problems checking in. Just not a good place to stay.

We had a nice stay at the Wylie Tx Holiday Inn. The room was clean. They upgraded their coffee machine in the lobby to where it is freshly ground coffee beans which I liked But they took the coffee makers out of the rooms. Did Not like. The work out room you were not able to get into because the key entry was not working. Only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel for guests. Really! Over all it was an okay stay.
