Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Woodbury, MN

There was a person sleeping on the bench outside the door when we entered. Looked like a homeless person. Carpet was gross. My door didn’t open or shut at times. The TV didn’t have local channels and no one who worked there knew how to get the channels. It smelled and my bathroom was dirty. The best part of our three days were the Belgian waffles. And they were just average

The desk clerk was extremely nice and polite. She arranged a different room when the air conditioning heating unit in our assigned room would not stop blowing cold air. Positives, likable staff, nice pool area, great complimentary breakfast. Negatives, older, room needed better cleaning(ie blood stain on bathroom wall, moldy closet ceiling). Constructed out of concrete, gave that cell block vibe.

The toilet was really low and had a hard time flushing. Also the breakfast was not good. We ended up going out ro eat.

The continental breakfast was fabulous. So much to choose from as well. The hot food was hot & fresh. The rooms were very clean & spacious. We loved having a door we could open to walk out into the courtyard. The staff was friendly & helpful as well. We will be back!

The pool hours The rooms smell like pee There were ants And the hotel cleaners threw our stuff away because they assumed we had checked out when check out wasn’t until 12. They entered the room around 11:30-40.

Me and my 4 children were homeless and we stayed here for about 2weeks I don’t have too much bad to say it was warm and a place to lay our heads breakfast was also available every day we rented a standard double bed room it was always different rooms but one room had black mold throughout it I asked to be moved to another room they moved us with no problem next day booked another room it was issues with the toilet properly working didnt say much about it I personally don’t like confrontation of no sort so I simply asked for a plunger the front deck gave it to me with no problems and i booked again another day and it just felt like I was be bit by something maybe fleas but also fruit nets were visible throughout the room but to sum things up the price was cheaper than most I appreciate the breakfast but I guess u get what you pay for if I ever book again for maybe some relaxation Ill book premium just to experience what those rooms are like

Nice rooms and great breakfast The hallways and steps were dirty. It is very hard to navigate through the motel. There should be more signs on how to get to the front lobby and pool area.

This hotel is old and not like the photos. I have been sick since being at this hotel.

The employees were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean. Pool area and breakfast options were very nice. Hotel is very dated though. New carpets and a few updates would make a huge difference in this property. Nice stay all in all though. Location and price were spot upon n.

The rooms were clean and the customer service was fair.

This was alright, the highway and parking lot traffic was considerably more than usual. Few bugs and an upgrade will make it better. It was convenient located, Must travel short distances for any decent food. Thanks

Exceptional

The property could use an upgrade. Paint,faucets etc. lighting is poor in the rooms also. Breakfast was not good as eggs weren’t instant and sausage is less to be desired.
