Sleep Inn Woodbridge - Potomac Mills

I liked how close to Potomac Mills Mall it was. Not even 5 min drive. Very convenient I felt misled by the listing. Assumed I was getting 2 connecting rooms but didn’t and couldn’t change my room because I used booking.com so money was wasted. Also attempted to reach out to booking.com to refund one of the rooms via chat but it timed out before receiving any response back. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had at any hotel. Tv needs updating and was set to a permanent sleep timer which wouldn’t change even if I turned it off. The remote fell apart. Keycards stopped working. Vending/ice room had no ice machine, just vending. Cleaning staff knocked even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door.

Bed mattress was too hard, shower floor peeling, leaking sink (ventilation needed from people smoking, strong tobacco smell.

The lobby is clean and welcoming. The staff is warm and friendly

I was disappointed in the bed coverings. My top sheet and comforter smelled of perfume. This led me to believe housekeeping only changed the bottom sheet and pillowcases. The quality of pillows was quite poor, needed to be changed.

Smoking

The was cozy and the location was prime.

but I the TV channels stopped working half way thru the stay. the room was humid, the TV , when usable was very small. the sheets were scratchy and plastic feeling. boiled eggs were frozen, white bread everything and not really healthy breakfast option sans frozen boiled eggs. the sausage was good, butter awesome, shower door didn't close creating a mess

I'm usually just there overnight. I use it for my halfway point between NJ and NC. I check in around 12 pm and check out around 6 am so I literally just use it for sleeping. I haven't had the opportunity to use amenities nor have the breakfast yet that's why my rating is not excellent but good. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll keep coming back.

Clean, Staff was awesome, older hotel but well maintained, need renovations. Would stay again simply because of the staff, and the price you can't beat it.

Clean room, staff friendly & helpful, parking sufficient & close to food & shopping. Quick getaway was much needed & accommodating.

Nice place for solo business travelers

Good location: Walmart and big mall in walking distance. Stayed 3 nights. Break fast is the same each day: egg, sausage, sliced bread and waffles. Small room, Awkward sliding wooden door for the bathroom. Pricey for the value

It was a nice stay. However, the room was too small for two people to move around comfortably. The maid changed our towels but forgot to replace the wash cloths.

Our shower was very filthy it had textured build up of dirt on it. Our pillows and sheets had stains on it.
