Room was ok bathroom was terrible mildew all over the shower tiles property stunk like cigarettes trash in select hallways had to depart the property after a couple hours
-
The price was good The staff was disrespectful and didn’t want to give toilet paper or towels. Further the hallway was flooded, a fight almost broke out between three people over twenty dollars, all in all I’d rate this a 1/10

Nothing I’m going to start by saying that I stayed here about 6 years ago, and everything was completely different back then. Unfortunately, this time was a very disappointing experience. The hallways were dirty and smelled bad. There was garbage and even sheets left lying around in the hallways. The bathroom in our first room was dirty, so we had to be moved to another room. Even after changing rooms, there was still a strong, unpleasant smell at times, almost like sewage. The areas behind the furniture were extremely dirty and covered in spider webs. At night, it was almost impossible to sleep because the stairwell doors kept slamming throughout the night and into the next morning. The hotel also advertises free breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided, which was very disappointing. Some of the employees also had a bad attitude and were not very welcoming or helpful. Another thing that made us uncomfortable was seeing people around the hotel who did not appear to be guests. I came back because I remembered having a much better experience here years ago, but unfortunately, this hotel is not what it used to be. Overall, this was a horrible and very disappointing stay. I honestly regret spending my money here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First I saw black hair on the “clean” towels, then the shower glass was not cleaned and looked like there was a blood spot on it. The mirror had a film all over it. There is a hole in the tile of the shower that is covered partially with a piece of wood which is really disturbing wondering what is behind it. I walk into the room and there is dog fur under the table. The patio door is not square so the top stays open so you hear everything and there is mold on the sheer curtain. Next to the bed were spots of some kind of food stuck to the floor and also on the other side of the bed. Then when I laid in the bed I could smell pee. Thank goodness I brought myself blankets to lay on top of all of the bedding. The coffee pot was shoved in a drawer under the microwave so I didn’t realize it was even there. The entry way is really pretty and the pool looks nice, but with the lack of cleanliness I had to give it this rating.

It was extremely dirty. Didn't seem like it was maintained well. Towels, mats, etc. were stained. Blankets were still stained. Did not feel safe being on the ground floor with an open door as the window. The parking lot was right there and it was extremely noisy. It also felt very unsafe. The sliding window door was unlocked when I got in and although it did lock, it just seems like there could be no security if someone were to try to get in. Overall, very disappointed with my stay and felt very grossed out when I left the room.

It was honestly very scary staying at this hotel. I am stunned that Hotels.com would even recommend or consider this property for their guests. The entire place looked and felt like an abandoned hotel. It was so dirty and uncomfortable that we didn’t even feel comfortable taking our clothes off to sleep. We ended up sleeping in our clothes for the night and left first thing the next morning. This was by far one of the most uncomfortable and unsettling hotel experiences we have ever had. The front desk staff were speaking in there native whatever it was & I could hardly understand them. We asked for a handicapped room we had to park on the back end of the hotel, which is really abandoned. The door to get in had to be held open by whatever rock you could find on the ground cigarette butts all over the place, empty bottles of liquor, uneven concrete ground for my Mom with a walker. I could go on and on, but I just want to forget I was ever there. I do not recommend this place at all.

There was nothing to like. It was dirty and the staff were rude.

The only nice thing about the property was the pool but the water was freezing they should have a heated pool it was a waste of my time going there The hotel was dirty carpets nasty my room was dirty they don’t clean properly it was a non smoking hotel and it just smelled like cigarettes but there are signs everywhere not to smoke or they will charge $250 that’s false they let everyone smoke I went to the front desk to tell them about my room and the smell and the person on duty said we can’t control everyone actually you can if you would follow thru with thru with the rules and actually charge them the fee for smoking and then they charged me an extra $151 that I still haven’t gotten reimbursed they blamed it on the new person at the front desk

It was big when you walked in! Makes you think it has nice rooms! Sikeee don't book here! There were mice in my room! The halls smelled horrible. The bedding was disgusting I didn't even sit down on them thank God. It was the worst experience EVERRRR. ON top of that they won't give me back my refund..I've been going back and forth with them since Friday it's Tuesday and still nothing every time you call there's never a manager. Of course not.

The pillows and bedsheets were dirty, and the restrooms were unclean. We only stayed for four hours while waiting for morning. We left immediately, yet we paid nearly $300. We canceled our two-night stay. Please be fair and keep your hotel clean—people are paying good money to stay here.

Promised free breakfast was no breakfast. The facilities and rooms were in disrepair and dirty. Asked staff to repair broken air conditioning was promised they would get on it, never happened. I purchased a box of donuts one morning do to the lack of breakfast and by that afternoon hundreds of ants had overtaken the donuts. Expdia should remove this property from their option list and Ramada should not allow this franchise to use their name brand.

It was bad the breakfast was bad they give a brown bag with a apple in it and a water that what was the breakfast a 100$ deposit and the room was dirty
-
Very poor
-
The freezing pool The room had many issues: the corner of the bed had poop stains, the bathroom had a spider, and the lights had no working light bulbs. Had asked for them to fix things and they never even came. The pool was not heated.

Do not book here, I had BLACK MOLD on my faucet fixture as well as the shower. There was even a RAT that ran across the dirty room. My first experience at a hotel I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping, showering or to even brush my teeth.

Trusted the Ramada name when making the reservation but hotel needs repairs and maintenance. I have pictures of water damage on bathroom ceiling, for example. “Breakfast” was a bag with a muffin and apple - no fresh coffee, no dining room. No rack or shelf of any kind for shampoo bottles - no bath gel provided and no hair dryer. Towels and bed linens were clean and fresh! Closed trash bags were left overnight beside ice maker which was across from our door.

don't book online.
