DoubleTree by Hilton Hartford - Bradley Airport

Good hotel.

I paid for a king sized bed and when I got there they were all out and I got instead two full sized beds, which is not equivalent and I just had to take that. No partial refund or benefit was offered. Other than that one experience, I can't complain about this hotel, it is my go to place when close to Bradley.

Staff needs to get straight about shuttle availability for local pickups. Only negative after several stays at this great property.

Very nice place

The linen was not as it has been in other Double Tree. I had a hole in one of my sheets. The other bedding had a comfortable that looked dingy. Washclothes were hard to get. There seemed to be a shortage.

Breakfast was horrible… Hotel had a smell to it…

Easy check in. Clean room and comfortable beds. On site restaurant/bar was very good with friendly staff. Appreciated the efficient shuttle service to airport.

The room was okay. Definitely needs an update. Bathroom is small. Literally the door to the bathroom hits the toilet when you open it. Bed was comfy but the room is noisy. Between the mini fridge noise and the ac noise it was a lot. Room seemed clean. Food at the Shade Bar was okay. Breakfast was better. Staff was super friendly. For the price it felt disappointing.

The room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

the ada bedroom we stayed in 230 0r330 was meh. They need to update the mattress is so old and soft

Very clean from staff very nice The only thing I will like to see improve is .. when scan the app by the night stand to order food .. it brought me to the main page and when I try clicking on indoor room ordering nothing comes up. So he had to step out .

Staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant was great and they have cheap parking for traveling from Bradley.

Hotel was dated, walls were thin, heard everything next door and in the corridor. Overpriced for what we got.

Perfect for early morning flights, love they offer an airport shuttle service and it runs 24/7. Can’t forget about your cookie 😊🍪 hospitality and employees are top notch. We will be back!
