After staying for few nights all sudden a name similar to mine but spelt differently , mind you, was told I can't stay there and they weren't refunding me that's it's booking.com problem...even tho I paid at property not on the site.

Quaint property in a nice section of town, staff was very friendly & most of everything is accessible.

The staff were helpful, but rarely to be found. The breakfast room was poorly supplied with food. The hotel was noisy most of the night, and the staff seemingly didn't care.

Garbage on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in & stains on the sheets. Half the lights in our room didn’t work either. Door lock in our room was broke

The place was the filthiest stinkiest most run down hotel I’ve ever seen. I expect cleanliness and a safe environment and this dump provided neither. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. No offer from the staff for a refund even with a toilet that didn’t work in the room and no other rooms to provide. Stay far far away. Absolute dump. The pictures are not at all what it is. Too many sketchy degenerate looking people, too many kids running around outside by the front door.

The staff was awesome! Very professional and very kind and considerate folks. The premises and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The rate was especially wonderful, awful and I really enjoyed my stay there. The only downside was that the continental breakfast was a little thin and some of the conventional items were not available. But overall I had a positive experience and I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future!
