Very friendly staff at front desk & bar. The charm of older property. Hard to sleep due to street noise late into the night. Musty odor.

We stayed here because my brother in law was in the hospital. They let us check in early and then let us extend our stay as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything from the check-in to the check-out and everything in between was great!!! Could probably use better pillows in room but that’s the only complaint I have. Very nice property

Great hotel and excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hotel in Old Town. The location is great and we were able to walk to a number of attractions and great restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff treated us like old friends and offered great suggestions. Highly recommend!!

Hotel Old Town is the kind of quality stay you don't often see these days-plush deep carpets, high end sheets and towels, and comfortable beds. One warning about booking a queen room, there is only one bedside table. It's located in a charming section of town with great restaurants, a jazz club, and an amazing museum within walking distance. This will be a return stay for us whenever we visit Wichita.

The entire experience was great!

The staff was amazing at the hotel. Theresa and Jenny went out of their way to make sure that mine and my little travel partners needs for Met and they were always available up at the front desk with a smile. Once you step out of the doors from the hotel under the cobblestone sidewalks, all of the shops, restaurants, breweries were great to visit and walk around town to see.

This was our fourth stay at the Old Town Hotel and they did not disappoint us. Perfect location and beautiful hotel inside and out. We can’t wait to go back.

This place is excellent. Really cool older hotel! Also the staff was amazing. I got to the hotel really early and the clerk allowed me to check in early. She and the other staff were rock stars.

Loved this hotel! It’s beautiful, next door free parking garage. Bathroom was big, good shower pressure. Nothing was going on in Old Town but desk was very helpful finding us an open restaurant.
