Comfort Inn Wichita East

My room was full of mold. I am very sick still

Door key doesn’t work on outside door and room key didn’t work . Shower had leak around the control for water.

This was our second stay at this hotel and we chose to come back as a result of the previous visit. The hotel staff was great and greeted us each time we entered the hotel. The pool is nice for a smaller hotel an our daughter loves it. Rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave, this is convenient. It was a nice stay.

Room was quite clean and very comfortable bed I slept really well as I needed to staff where helpful on questions that I had

Hot water was only warm. But ok Nice

The room was clean and the staff was excellent!

Everything was okay, there wasn’t any water because of a boil ban. I understand that was not Comfort Inn’s fault!!

We no issues with the Tytv or air conditioner. The shower was amazing! The shower had so much pressure, it made it made my skin feel smooth, and cleaner.

Great experience. Terrific staff.

I def enjoyed and will stay again!

Increible muy buena la ingine

Staff is awesome and friendly. Breakfast was good. Good location with many amenities in the area. We would stay again.

Parking pero la puerta no cerraba bien y el aire no estaba muy bien

Breakfast was ok. Public areas, which owners / managers are in charge of, were seedy. Interior low lights, warped carpet, littered parking lot, staff on their phones. Exterior was extremely uninviting overall with no place to relax. Indoor pool has no access to exterior courtyard / seating. Care to sit outdoors? There are curbs in the parking lot or a smoking bench at the front door. Gross. Even if the weather is hot, a clean and shaded place to sit outdoors is welcome and expected. This property does not provide. One desk clerk was friendly. She was obviously not owner / management. My ROOM was 4 star clean! The property is 2 stars at best- use only if you are in a bind or just to sleep. Otherwise spend an extra buck elsewhere.

Room clean easy parking breakfast very good and staff was wonderful. Will be returning every time we travel through this area. A big thank you to Mimi

The check-in was quick and the conversation with the staff was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone, as I plan on staying there during my next trip to Wichita.

The staff were amazing! And so kind. We were in Wichita for a procedure for my son and the staff made sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed. I have never stayed in a hotel where people were so kind. Thank you. As for the hotel we had a pleasant stay in a beautiful place.

Tv was not tuned properly for use. Front desk offered to help…. Just annoying. Room was fine otherwise. Breakfast was basic. Staff was friendly

Keys never worked and room was not nice was put in a handicap suite and did not book that to start

Very friendly and helpful, nice room
