This is a mold factory disguised as a hotel. Absolutely disgusting amount of mold on the bathroom ceiling. When you turn on the sink, you can smell the spores. The air conditioner doesn't work(set on 60°, blowing 72° out the vent) and the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Definitely not at a "DoubleTree" level of cleanliness.

The gal that checked us in was great at explaining everything and she gave us some warm cookies. My husband managed to get some more cookies from another front desk employee. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I’m glad there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. It was kind of hot in the lobby but we weren’t hanging out in there. We didn’t use the bistro that’s there. I’d definitely stay again.

This property was clean and comfortable. Beds were especially nice. My grand children were disappointed the pool was being renovated.

Did not get the room I booked as I booked thru Expedia, was told if I booked thru 3rd party I am not a priority for them, and same was with services, no proper service since I was thru expedia, they want to earn money and do bookings thru 3rd parties but when time comes to service customers and give what we booked for we come on low priority

Staff was great. The Starbucks area closed extremely early, and the next day they were closed because they couldn’t make espresso. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean.

The receptionist on Friday, September 25, 2026 (Bonnie- I believe) was exceptional. Her smile, great attitude, and kindness was unexpected and very delightful. We really enjoyed our stay. The waitress, that same day at dinner was excellent!! She provided great customer service when there was only one person serving customers the whole night (I think the bartender helped-thank you)!! Hooray to you for your patience and smile. Food was superb-prime rib dinner!!! Many thanks to the chef. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Never heard from either Manager. I have major health issues and wheel chair bound. No help from the hotel at all. Very frustrating. Problem never resolved. Advertise hot tub. Hot tub was under construction.

the hotel, staff and area was an excellent choice. Will use again

The location was great for what we needed to do there. One of our beds had an odor to it. I was pretty disappointed in that. We weren’t informed about the pool being closed ahead of time, and that was one of the biggest reasons we got a hotel.

The room with a “view” is also facing the road and the traffic was very loud at night.

Staff was nice. Room was clean.

Older building, needs upgrades in the rooms. The lobby and bar were very nice the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms itself are in much need of a remodel, they kinda smell and feel humid.

Even though my kid lives right down the street, I wouldn't stay here again. Temps in the high 90's and the pool was out of commission. Breakfast was $18/person so totally skipped that. There was coffee by the front desk but no lids for the cups and my husband ending ended up burning himself from spilled coffee. I am not a coffee drinker, no tea was available in the rooms or downstairs unless you wanted to spend 5 bucks at the hotels version of Starbucks. No thanks. The room was clean and the maids were excellent and it was large but dull. Decor was like a college shared spaced. Bed was comfortable but the room was so freaking loud, we couldn't sleep. 7th floor and yet it was as if the windows were left open. You heard all the traffic from the expressway. Very poor insulation. Cookie offered upon arrival but what happened to the days of cookies before bed? Definitely won't be back. For what it cost, it just wasn't worth it. Good location but nah, I'll find someplace else next month when I'm back to see my kid. I really expect more from Hilton.

Entrance and restaurant/bar were very nice. Our room on the 7th floor needs updated! Bed was good but the bathroom sink was glued from being cracked. It just was a bit dated and repainted instead of repaired.

Clean, quiet, excellent breakfast and nice staff. Very good location! Nothing
