My fiancé and I loved it! It was really nice and the staff was amazing too. I definitely recommend going and I will be going back.

Breakfast is ok, omelet is good. Environment is clean. No black tea bag. Quality of shampoo and conditioner is not good, making my hair falling out and tangling up.
-
The room they gave us.... the bed was damp....(we found this a few times, on our travels).... it was soon rectified and we managed to open the window, which aired the room and there were no more issues..... very clean and accomodating...... Damp bed

Overall experience was great - great room, exercise facilities and staff! I left message for room service and they didn't get it.

Each trip I make to visit Memphis, TN. , I always prefer this Radisson over every other hotel. They are truly top notch
-
Nice clean place. Right off I-40. Staff was great special shout out to Brittany and Shannon. Radisson is lucky to have them. Pool temp was perfect for the 100 degree days. Special thanks to the shuttle driver who ran the ladies to the casino across the way. Would recommend. Go Bills!!

Convenient, restaurant staff was great. Noise from air conditioner. Tub looked dirty.
-
The accessible room was a good size and not far from the elevator. There was only one person at the counter taking bar and meal orders. The wait was pretty long.

When we arrived at 10ish pm. 4 hr drive we was exhausted. The shower was DIRTY AS HELL we had to put a towel on shower floor just to shower. Then it was water all over the floor we had no ideal if it was shower or toilet. Complained to front desk it was token care of immediately. But then house keep didn’t clean room and didn’t change our sheets. We saw him in hallways and asked when you clean the room can you change sheets. And that’s ALL HE DID NOTHING ELSE….Cleaniness SUCK so bad
