La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Memphis

The exit to get to the hotel was perfect. West Memphis, just before the bridge driving east and just before traffic gets too heavy. We didn't stay longer and drive over to Beale sreet.

Did not eat there. Parking lot not big enough space.

Exceptional

room was clean.

Very good

We have stayed at this hotel several times. We have always had a great experience, so we use it as our go-to hotel when on the road to Nashville.

Our room had mold on the bathroom walls next to mirror above vanity.

Very good

It was a clean and enjoyed my stay. Will stay there again.

Exceptional

We liked the fragrance of the room and the quiet. Plus, the room was very clean. The A/C had trouble keeping the room cool at night. Also, the door to the bathroom was very hard to open and close.

This property was in a great location and clean. The employees were always pleasant. I will return to this hotel.

Superb

Exceptional

Quick checkin, nice grounds for our dogs. Food was good and appreciated the coffee they provided at breakfast that was not from the automatic machine.

Very friendly staff!!! My room for 2weeks training for a job was awesome to come back to every night!! Spacious, comfortable and so relaxing! Their breakfast was as good as it gets and shouts out to the women who ran it!! Super friendly and always helpful! 10 out of 10!!!!

Excellent customer service

Everything was clean other than the half eaten chocolate bar on the night stand. The no cancelation. Paid for a night I didn’t stay.

Nothing!!! Very dirty! Elevator was really dirty, and our room smelled like pee. The location of the hotel was pretty questionable and will not be back to west memphis ever.

Superb
