The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. The free breakfast was nice. There were ants in the room alot of ants. There were already stains on the sheets.

Our room was comfortable,clean and the best part was the awesome person at the desk!! She gave us a recommendation for dinner and it was a great food and service at McGlinn’s!!

We were welcomed by a welcoming and cheerful woman at the front desk. We were dissappointed the pool and gym room was not open longer, especially on a weekend. We also didn't know we had to ask for a privacy door hanger. A maid was about to enter our room an hour prior to checking out and the staff did not provide new coffee cups so we had to use old ones and one day only had 1 cup. We would go back as we learned that is not the policy the hotel wants guests to deal with.

Great stay. They made up the room when we left for the day and returned to fresh towels and made beds in the evening. Great breakfast options.

Breakfast is standard continental breakfast, but good. We struggled a bit with wifi due to captive portal, but manage to get connected at the end. Love the keurig coffee and machine, muxh better than regular drip filter one. Spacious room. Like to have separate sinks in bathroom and outside the bathroom (near coffee machine). Have plenty of usb connections

Yes, for the fact that the pool and hot tub are outside not inside and there is no elevator and I was on the second floor. I have bad knees and arthritis and I had to keep going up and down to the second floor was not even offered to get one another floor

Clean room, kind staff. For us seeing a show at the Gorge this was just a place to crash. Worked perfect.
