Awesome stay clean hotel fall.in here in waterville valley

Great location! We could walk almost anywhere. Our room was large with comfortable beds and a sitting area. We were here for ice hockey so we didn’t use the grounds. But it was a beautiful location.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Overall hotel has outdated furniture & decor, carpets need to be replaced. But at least there were no odors. Windows had no screens.

We arrived shortly after midnight and check in was easy. An envelope was waiting for me with room key. Completed my check in the next morning and we’re all set. Our room is wonderful. It has second floor for our bedroom, it’s so cool.

Washing machine required change (no digital payments) and detergent - not very traveller friendly.

Front desk employee was amazing!!! Room can be upgraded/ updated for sure. Also the breakfast was very basic unfortunately.

Black mold in bathroom on ceiling and faucet. Fitted sheet did not fit mattress - only top 4”. Bed sheets were itchy and not well chosen - 2 flat sheets with a thin comforter in between the two, no way of holding together…just strange. Mini fridge was sooooo loud and dogs on both sides of our room barking.

Rooms are very old. However- beds are new and so is bedding. I slept well. Fixtures and bathrooms could use a refresh. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Adequate but not great. I would like to see plain yogurt, fresh blueberries, granola, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage...none of which are labor intensive. There were no hot food choices (see above) other than microwave breakfast sandwiches and items for the toaster. A better brand of yogurt would also be nice. There weren't enough pillows on the bed; there were 2, 4 is better.

Wonderful place , love the pools. Hot tub. Nice continental breakfast . Beds so soft you don’t want to leave. Will definitely stay again if I the area.

The room was clean & we had plenty of towels. The beds were not comfortable. Mattresses very soft. We did not sleep well. The amenities offered: heated pool & jecuzzi etc were not convenient, they were down the street.

Included with the stay is the Freedom Pass which allowed us to do fun activities free of charge. We had a great time and highly recommend . We will be back!

Super location, 4.5 for cleanliness, a little dated, very good staff, breakfast 3/5, not hot but you can toast. Would definitely stay here again. Be very aware of the dates and cancellation policy, they are strict.
