Cool place in a small town. Good base to get around in the Green Mountains. Great breakfast. Good conversations at the breakfast table. Old school vibe! Exactly what you probably look for in this region.

Spacious room 7. 3 men for a bachelor party all slept comfortably in 3 separate beds (2 twins and a king). Breakfast was beyond expectations with tasty breakfast burrito too

we enjoyed an absolutely delightful rwo night stay in this historic inn. Walking distance to restaurants in Waterbury and close by car to other sites in the area. Wonderful breakfast and afternoon cookies. A very friendly owner and associates. The on-site pub is fun too.

Evenings we walked to dinner in 4mins - prohibition pig snd Blackback pub were both excellent. The Inn has a little, well stocked bar open till 9pm. The communal lounge area has comfy chairs, books, games and local guides. Complimentary Coffee, tea and cookies available from 4-6pm. Ben and Jerry’s, Cabot creamery, Plaid clothing, Champlain chocolates, Cider mill, glassblowing and many art and gift shops close by just outside the center of town along the road to Stowe. Plus an easy drive up the mountain - we had a coffee at the Von Trapp cafe/bakery and enjoyed the view. Plenty of parking at the Inn. The Inn is a great base for exploring the area. This isn’t a generic hotel: all the rooms are individual as it is an historic old inn. Very homey place: we felt welcomed, safe, relaxed and comfortable. We stayed in room 11 at the back of the Inn: nice and quiet room with a little deck and small kitchen.

While the room was sweet and the location was lovely, the real champion was the absolutely delicious breakfast! Yum! Thank you, Old Stagecoach Inn, for a nice stay in Waterbury!

Historical B & B with character and so much charm! The staff were so friendly, warm and helpful! If you are looking for comfort while traveling along with the absolutely best breakfast, this is your place!

Impeccable service from curtious staff. Very good breakfast and food from pub /bar. One of the sofa leg's chair was broken. Could not open windows.

Location, breakfast and hospitality Needs a spruce up. Paint peeling, carpets old, generally the upkeep is not in keeping with a high quality bed and breakfast.
