Central location, clean excellent staff

Downfalls: walls are very thin. Can hear the other rooms toilet flushing, showers and the doors slam very loudly. Our toilet seat was extremely loose...took you for a ride when you sat down. Told the front desk 2 separate days and no one showed up. Finally I called and they came right away. Maintenance only tightened seat but it was not aligned with toilet. Maintenance saw this and I guess was satisfied.

This property was conveniently located to the places we needed to get to while in town. Unfortunately, everything else was not good at all. The first room we were in had zero hot water for a shower. We aren’t fancy and could have gotten by with warm water but it was just cold. They sent someone down to come look at it and then put us in another room. Then we had hot water but the old smoke detector reacted to the little bit of steam from the shower and went off for 10 minutes. When it was my turn, I tried to take a 3 minute shower on lukewarm with the door closed and the smoke alarm still went crazy. The carpet was sticky but just tired to ignore that. When we came back from the family funeral, all our clothes in the room were damp for some reason and we both woke up with sore throats the next morning. There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom but just tried to cover them with towels. The wall in our second room seemed like a divider type wall that was temporary and we could hear the gentleman next door having a lovely conversation with someone he was very interested in..for hours. I get they are remodeling but this was really pretty bad.

The hotel staff are helpful and friendly! The property is clean and it’s an older hotel but the rooms seem updated. The hallways are long and only one set of elevators.

I can honestly say this hotel is one of the best!! Comfortable, friendly, very clean. I intend on staying here again in the future. I advise anyone looking for an excellent hotel in this area of Mass, to choose this one. Thank you Four Points for making our stay memorable!

Bedroom felt messy found a tic on curtain and spider webs around the window sills. Bed very uncomfortable. Air cleaner needed new filter. We told the front desk the day of our arrival. We never got the replacement filter as requested. Poor service. Very disappointed
