Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

Incredible service and high end property. The rooms are updated with a nice balcony. 3 pools and direct beach access makes it easy.

When we arrived, our room was ready earlier than expected. The agent offered us an upgrade if we were willing to wait a couple of hours, which we happily accepted. While the upgraded room was slightly larger, it felt tired and dated, especially for a Four Seasons property. We stayed for seven nights. The biggest disappointment came at the end of our stay. Because our flight to Washington, DC was in the evening, we requested a late checkout and were told it was not possible. Shortly afterward, Hurricane Lala was approaching the island and our flight was cancelled. With the island preparing for the storm and guests being advised to shelter in place, we asked if we could extend our stay. We were initially told that we could not because our room was scheduled to be renovated the following day. My husband explained that, given the approaching storm, that didn't seem realistic or safe. The agent said they would check, and we were eventually offered another room—but at **$1,800 per night**, significantly more than what we had paid during our seven-night

The renovated room was a big plus - very comfortable and done very well. The restaurants on site were excellent - particularly Ferraro (Italian). Pools and activities were enjoyed by the family. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Great location - food to a high standard and all other amenities as you would expect of a hotel of this calibre. Drinks and nibbles are slightly over priced and so is breakfast. Need more parking options - mandatory charge on site each day. No Luau on site. Spa needs longer hours.

Good restaurants , relatively easy to book Nice but overpriced spa. very small territory, swimming pools good for kids but not for swimming. Sun umbrellas closed almost regularly at 11 am due to some not really strong breeze and no shade could be found around.

Loved every moment we spent there! Best decision to stay at Four Seasons for our honeymoon trip :)

Our stay was amazing. The staff and service were absolutely off the charts. The newly opened spa was the nicest I have ever been in. The food at the adult pool and service by the bar staff was impeccable. The main thing that stuck out to me was the genuine kindness and pride that the staff puts into their work. They make you feel special and valued. The canoe experience with the beach staff was so fun. We hated leaving :(. We will be back as this is truly paradise. Thanks for making our stay so special! Mahalo!

This was the most amazing property we’ve ever stayed at, the staff was incredible

They let us know at check-in that there was some work going around the hotel so some things would be closed/temporary set up. The noise from the upper floors was non-stop. Banging, hammering, constantly all day 9-5. With a baby, it was far from ideal. The food was AWFUL. The room service was actually disgusting. The other restaurants were overpriced, and the new coffee place was $16 for a latte.
