Proximity to work People smoking weed in their rooms. My neighbor probably smoked weed and all the smoke ended into my room. I went and complained at the reception and they told me I can’t be moved into another room because there was no room left

Breakfast could use more choices, and restock more frequently. I guess I'm not much of a toast and cereal eater. Maybe restock bananas more frequently.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The location is great. Despite all I had a good nights sleep. The price is great. Night Front desk person was was talking on the phone to someone the whole time and was slow to serve me. It was not so quiet. The walls were thin.

They put me in a room that was not ready. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Hot water didn’t work. Water would not shut off after it was on. They weren’t able to put me into another room. Did not stay there. And was not able to get a refund.

The room was clean The a/c didn’t work well. The temperature was set for 68 and I was still perspiring. The TV wouldn’t work properly. I spoke to the desk clerk about it and said he knew nothing about the TV. There was something wrong with the light switch by the door. The hallways smelled VERY STRONGLY of cigarettes. Worst of all was what this place called a “breakfast”. It consisted of powdered sugar covered donuts, a chive of 2 different cereals, banana or some undersized apples, and coffee. There was a microwave there but there wasn’t anything that could be microwave md.

The window-unit AC was leaking water, and there was a bucket underneath it to catch the water. The condition of the room was unacceptable. We would have gone somewhere else, but we didn’t arrive until around 1 AM, so we decided to stay the night and leave early. We only stayed about six hours and will never stay here again. This hotel desperately needs to update its rooms and overall condition. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Convenient location, and the bed was very comfy. Even though right next to the freeway, pretty quiet. Slept well. Seemed to have some rough individuals hanging out, but no one bothered me. Everyone was very nice. The sheets need to be inspected more thoroughly as some did not seem clean. Pillowcases too.

Horrible experience. We arrived to animal control blocking the entrance. The smell of pot permeating everything. we felt unsafe at all times. Rooms were dirty and ashes we re on the bed. No one at the front desk (I assume they were with animal control somewhere) My family felt unsafe and we checked out early but no one at the site has the power to do anything related to checking out or refunds.

It is conveniently located near my business The maid knocked on my door and asked me to pick up some ice that was near my door.

There are many cockroaches in the rooms.
