Motel 6 Waco, TX

Bad

The Ac for the room worked nice Where to begin… There were mattresses leaned up against the windows of other rooms Crackheads in wheelchairs looking in peoples cars Rooms floors covered in sticky stuff…nightstands torn up…sheets stained…bugs crawling on walls…ceiling sagging from water damage…blankets with stains on them…mattress with brown stains all over …no travel shampoos or conditioner…ROOM WAS DISGUSTING. Worst experience I slept in my old dirty clothes on top of the nasty bed rather than Kay my body in the sheets and blanket Guy at the front counter didn’t care and was just watching movies instead of helping

Friendly staff

The gentleman at the counter was nice Located in a construction area. The room had a bad smell , the whole room and bathroom need a remodel. Floors were sticky, furniture was in bad shape, bathroom was in very bad shape and tub drained slow. Knats and flies were a problem. Towels were damp and had brown tint even though they were supposed to be white . The room above us sounded like they had a playground till 4:30 in the morning for kids to jump and run . We had a very bad night there .

Superb

Exceptional

Stay away from this hotel the bed sheets smells bad the property is dirty old and nasty

My room had roaches, it LITERALLY looked like a Crack house. You had to pick up on the door when you closed it, cause otherwise it wouldn't shut.

Any thing ALL

All good No extra blanket like other Motel 6

Bad not clean sheets nasty Bad

Nobody messes with my vehicle No room service throughout the week, the towels you get are it I guess no one came to change them, no toilet paper when you arrive, asked for a no smoking room and that’s the only one they had, Roaches everywhere in the room, and horrible in the restroom! Even in fridge, the phones in rooms don’t work, I didn’t bring any of my bags or clothes down cause of the roaches ??

It can be cleaner.

The beds were comfortable and great to where I didn't want to get out the bed. It can be cleaner.

LOCATION WAS GREAT. EASY TO PARK MY CAR PULLING A TRAILER WE PICKED UP BEDBUGS, WHICH RUINED OUR TRIP. WE WERE UNWILLING TO EXPOSE FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO WE RETURNED HOME FROM BACKUS MINN. 1680 MILES ONE WAY. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED INFORMATION ABOUT THE REPORTED INFESTATION FROM ANYONE AT THIS TIME. WE WASTED A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME. HAVE NOT RECEIVED HELP IN SOLVING THIS INFESTATION TO OUR BODIES, OR CAR.

Sheets was dirty, shower was dirty , floor sinking in , walls was dirty. I ask for another room and it was literally the same. No towels and had roaches. I had to get a refund and go somewhere else.

That this time we got a cleaner room and roachless one to Everything good
