Very good

It was oceanfront, the cable worked fine, all appliances worked. No bugs. The top covers on the beds weren’t clean. The pull out couch needs to be replaced.

The hotel was not clean and they would not provide a refund. There are no amenities to use! The pool I don’t think was open. We had to go buy pillows and air fresheners for the room. I would never recommend!

Oceanfront Floors not clean.

The room was cleaned, the cleaning lady was nice, the receptionist was nice. The only thing that made me not book this hotel anymore is the fact that i was there at 3:30 pm for check in and did not get my rooms until 6pm and 9pm. I understand its busy and might not be a lot of staff but the just the fact that they still make you check out a regular hour (11am) and the room was provided at 9pm was horrible!! I have kids and we were all tired trying to settle in just to go eat!! Never again!!!

Very nice room

I liked the location. The first room I was in was dirty , the floors were dirty, hair on the pillows and the tv in the living room wouldn’t work, was moved to another room , the front door was broken it literally was held together by screws and you could push the top of it in without it being unlocked.

Looks like every room is beachview with balcony. Clean room and friendly staff.

Location was good Floors had alot of sand on them, Room was extremely hot even I messaged the property with eta. No clue where sheets and blanket were for the pull-out sofa/bed...miniature pool didn't appear all that clean

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The whole hotel, it was disgustingly dirty, there was a strong odor you could smell even before opening the door to what was supposed to be a “lobby” the staff was not friendly at all and when shown pictures of how dirty and unsanitary our room was I was just instructed to send/text pictures to a number on the counter…they were not willing to put us in another room or even try to accommodate w/ putting us somewhere else due to the uncleanliness…however the front desk guy did say after seeing the pics I took that he Probly wouldn’t stay in that room either…my cousin and I ended up sleeping outside on the balcony in the chairs provided outside because the mattresses were stained and disgusting as well…there was a cup w/ some sort of liquid in it w/ cigarette butts floating in it left out on the table of our balcony as well…I was told by the front desk guy that I needed to contact booking.com become the reservation was made through there…booking.com was supposed to reach out to them as I uploaded the pictures to the person on the phone from booking.com…to no surprise I was told they couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel…I was told that the property would be flagged by booking.com and I needed to wait 24-48 hrs for an update to see if the hotel would do a free cancelation and refund the money spent on booking this room that should have never had people put in it…honestly giving this hotel a 2 star rating is laughable…this hotel is absolutely disgusting

The entire hotel was very rundown & dirty.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU! First, when you walk in, the walls are literally falling apart. the elevator doesn’t work half the time and is way overcrowded. only 4 people can fit in it. the ice machine didn’t work until the day we checked out. There was no parking for all the guests, we had to pay to park 3 streets over one night. the employees are rude. then we get to our room, mold on the curtains, our feet were black within an hour of walking around. the ac units smell absolutely terrible. housekeeping never came and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and extra towels. the blankets are basically sheets- no warmth. and to beat it all, they charged a $250. cleaning fee for pizza boxes that were in the trash!! and because it was “dirty” with sand and the towels were dirty.. what do you expect ?? i mean cmon, we’re at the beach and we had kids. of course after being there for 5 days, it’s going to be a little dirty! these people are scammers and this is the worst experience ive had!! DO NOT BOOK HERE
