It was nice and clean Surprised at the $16 a day charge for parking at a hotel that was not listed and seems kind of like extortion like how the hell else am I gonna get there and where else am I going to park. Just another way to take advantage of customers by the good ole city of VB

Not a good place to stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk however was anything but inviting. Surprised with add on parking fee, booked room through expedia. All fees were supposed to be included. Then was told will not get platinum recognition. No points, no early or late check out, also was ask for a credit card for incidentals. $50 is still on my card days after checkout. Would not even credit my rewards for nights I stayed!! 6 nights. Moved to an IHG hotel as soon as possible.

I also left an item in the room that had sentimental value to me and when I called to report I left it and where I left they claimed no one seen it. If they cleaned the room properly it is no way they would have missed it. It was a very useful item so I know they would have kept it

unfortunately nothing - I was allotted room#508 , it was not clean at all , blankets had smell . - Bathroom tub , water clogging - Water leaking from ceiling near window . Called multiple times at front desk , no resolution - They said they will shift me to a good room when it's available (without a time frame as well) but didn't do that . I had to cancel booking and unexpected checkout with family and search a new hotel near by . - Waste of time for me . Family frustrated with this . I can give zero rating . - The front desk staff was very arrogant and not polite . - She was saying "we can move if any room available , and whenever , and we don’t know what time , if you are outside and on beach , when we call you , you need to come back and move all your luggage" . - Please refund my money as front desk said they gonna refund . I have all pictures and videos , share me an email id, I will forward everything

Place was run down and the only reason they get business is because of location. I personally would not recommend or stay here ever again

Everything was great

Nice TV. Room only had one small trash can. None in the bathroom. The shower door had been removed and replaced with a shower curtian. While taking a shower this blew in on you until it got saturated. Very small bathroom. One one person at a time can fit. Elevator was at the oppisite end of the building from out room and the main lobby. Poor placement. Paid parking was unexpected. Desk clerk that checked us in had a foreign accent that neither my wife, nor I could understand many things that she was asking. The lobby had a keurig coffee maker. One cup at a time and it was slow. There was a line to get coffee during breakfast. Breakfast was so/so. I've had better at other hotels.

Might be a good idea for the hotel to just have it turned off, or pipe in some nature scenes with peaceful music.

Superb

Pool was open and maintained without having too much chlorine. 2 block walk to the beach. Close to several food and drink options. Breakfast options were good

The pet friendly staff and property. The hard floors instead of rugs was perfect. Could have had a different breakfast at least one day, but it was good.
