Lovely views Easy walk to Boardwalk restaurants etc

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooms were fairly clean. However, this ten-story hotel only has two elevators, and to make matters worse, one of them was out of service. This made going up and down a total nightmare, with more than an hour spent waiting for the elevator every day. Often, when the elevator finally arrived, it was completely full, and I had to wait for the next one. When you're on vacation, time is precious—who wants to waste time waiting for an elevator every day? I will never stay here again when I visit VB

Our room was amazing! We had Ocean view!!! Room was bigger then expected and the breakfast they offer was great!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!!

Location on boardwalk One elevator was broke, the door handle going out to the 4th level garage was broke!

The room was comfortable. Balcony was nice. Only one elevator worked, and it was extremely slow. I’m a diamond member and they would not give me water daily which I feel like they should have. I didn’t like that. There’s no outdoor pool.

Nice property however, hotel only had 2 elevators and 1 of those was broke down and needed parts. Long wait for the elevator especially in the AM

We had a great stay overall and we really appreciate Celeste's help at the front desk, She answered all our questions and found solutions to the issues we had with our reservation. The breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly and welcoming. However the worst part of our star was having to deal with the broken elevators. The situation was made even more difficult because the stairwell floor doors were not accessible even using the room key. I hope the issue can be addressed soon as they significantly affected our experience, We have to leave one day before.

I had a knee replacement and told the desk person such. Elevator not working and I had to walk up 8 flights of stairs. Awful. I did ask to move and was allowed to do so without any compensation. I’ll never be back

They only had one elevator working and it was not working well. It was very frustrating.

Location was great, room was clean and staff was very friendly and kind. I would not recommend restaurant attached due to rude bartender and high prices. Food was okay at best.

Clean room with a nice ocean view balcony. The restaurant attached to the hotel made dining very convenient.

Shower head nerds replacing couldnt adjust the flo. Bathtub slippery. Hotel gave us a mat for tub.

I definitely won’t be booking with this hotel in the future

Breakfast was good and available For several hours each morning The back door to the boardwalk was restricted due to the weather and high winds.

The ocean view! The 1 elevator was completely broken/out of service while the other elevator was malfunctioning getting stuck on floors 30 min wait times then me and my daughter and her friend had to use stairs multiple times !! Also we were never told the streets would be blocked for a festival so our vehicle was blocked in for a while ! The fire safty issue is huge the fact the manger on site did not seemed concerned at all about the safty issues . Not just the inconvenience of having to take stairs to the 8th floor! Absolutely no communication on elevators out of service and malfunctioning not 1 word about the festival and streets being closed. Way to much money for this bs and I was over charged for parking on the lot !!! Even tho it says 20$ parking i was charged more

Elevators were very slow and only 1 working most of the time. None working at times. Carpet is thread bare in halls. Lobby coffee was always cold. Attached restaurant has very limited menu and is very slow. Definitely not what you expect from a Hampton and what they charge. Won’t stay there again unless it’s the last beach side available.
