This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The guest services/concierge desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the information they have for the hours that the kitchen is in operation is wrong. The website for both Kascades lounge, and Crown Plaza list the hours for dinner service as being from 4-10pm. I arrived at Kascades Lounge at 9:15pm and I was told that the kitchen had already been closed for 15 minutes. The housekeeping staff need to.leave the thermostat for the rooms alone while a guest is checked in. When I initially got to the room, the thermostat was set for 62° but it couldn't register the temperature well because it was definitely colder than that in the room. I personally set the temperature at 72° so that the room would be more comfortable for me, after the 1st night, I did what I needed to do throughout the day and when I returned to the room, the thermostat had been set back to 62° and the towels had not been refilled, I had to call and ask if someone could be sent up with fresh towels. I left some soft and energy drinks in the mini fridge so they would be cold when I wanted then, when I got into the room before the 2nd night, the mini fridge was empty and the drinks were nowhere to be found.

The bathroom door kept sliding off .every time you wanted to use the pool you had to go to the Font desk the property is not on the beach so they need updated photos

the internet in the room didn’t work the whole stay the bathroom door was off the track so it did not open and close properly the telephone in the room did not work the room still had things left in it from a past visitor assuming after every flush the toilet would continue to run for about 15-20 minutes very loudly

It wasnt the greatest, but greatest for the time. It was loud due to the Hotel being close to the highway. The tub was warped and it made me self conscious. Overall the staff was friendly, the room was CLEAN, and it was affordable. Will I stay again, a big maybe. But its not bad for a 1 nighters.

The restaurant service definitely affected the tone of our stay this time. It was extremely busy Friday and Saturday night, the first time we witnessed this level of activity at this location. Not enough wait staff and the stress bled into their attitude.

First I want to say that Felicia was wonderful and very helpful. The first room we were given had a fan in it and smelled like mold it clearly had some sort of leak. We went back to Felicia she apologized and gave us a new upgraded room. When we walked in it smelled horrible. I could not figure out what the smell was. The room appeared clean. Well after a closer look it was black mold on the baseboards. It was horrible. Again we went back to Felicia and she was kind and apologetic. This time she did not have a king room left to give us so we took a queen. This room was clean and no mold.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. The only things were the AC was a bit wonky and the one luggage cart we got at check out was horrible, it definitely needed some wheel maintenance as you couldn't hardly steer it with out hitting the walls.

Amazingly clean, helpful staff, free ample parking, comfortable beds. Give yourself extra time for breakfast since it is a fill sit down and order from a menu affair. The food was excellent and so was our waiter Donovan although he was the sole server for the entire restaurant.
