Beautiful facility.

Arrived around midnight... was given a 2 person room (king bed only) for our 3 person Expedia booking (king bed and pull out). Was then moved to a double with two queen beds. Which worked...Still waiting for 50% refund which was promised by the hotel....will update if it occurs. Hotel itself was fine, staff was professional.

Great

Worst courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled clean but wasn’t. There was a puddle of water by the mini fridge, floors hadn’t been swept or vacuumed, hair in the shower, and the floor had something waxy on it, which caused you to slide when walking. The staff seemed annoyed and didn’t want to be bothered. Updated but sloppy.

Great view of the courtyard, very pretty. Clean room, helpful staff.

The ice machine was out of order I was told for a very long time now. The room should be upgraded for Virgina beach. No soap and had just 2 towels. Was disappointed to say the lease

Everything Nothing

This is an old property - we were first shown rooms on the ground floor -they were not clean and the old sliding doors to the outside did not even look secure. We were moved to floor two which was better- but the hallways were not clean nor were the lifts. The beds were actually comfortable, although one of the two of the rooms we were in had a faint smell of smoke and pot. Would NOT recommend.

My wife and I were very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. Our room was nice, clean and very quiet. We will definitely be staying their next time we are in the area.

The room was clean, but the comforter on the bed closest to the bathroom had a stain on it. I wondered if it had been changed. I was exhausted.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which always makes a stay that much better. I also have to mention the coffee at The Bistro, it was SO good! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Norfolk. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
